I get out of my car and come in here for my Starbucks to Target over other drive thru locations!!!! . Lucy is amazing and so kind on cashier, she knows you by name and your order ! I believe her name is Joy. She always wears her hair in a braided ponytail. She is my favorite employee there. She’s always so nice, out of all of the Starbucks that are in Ocala, she makes my drink the best.

One of the baristas didn't fill the cups, she also didn't put cinnamon on top of the drink that required it. She also had a slight attitude when we had a question about one of the drinks. The only reason there is a 3 for service is because another barista did the other drink and he was very kind and filled the cup.
