A very clean Starbucks on highway 200 near OTOW. The lady's who tended to us were super nice. Plenty of chairs to set and enjoy your coffee ☕️ and food. Plenty of parking and nice drive thru window. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a relax atmosphere to sit down for a quick coffee

Before the opening day of 11/6, we were waiting outside for the doors to open. As the employees got there and walked in, we walked up to the doors to stand in line. As we were waiting for the doors to open at 5am, like the manager mentioned the night before, we watched the employees take a lot of the things off the shelf. Leaving 2 specific Hello Kitty cups we wanted, only 1 bear cup was available (which we figured we weren't getting with people before us anyway), and half the plushes...gone! Also I saw a person who did not look like an employee entered with some other employees before 430 ( the store opens at 5am) and had taken merchandise to the back and left through the back door sat in her car taking what looked like pictures then drove off.
This morning I bought a venti coffee, and these people only give you a third of the cup; the rest is cream. So I end up paying more for cream than for coffee. Definitely no more Starbucks for me. This it’s a ripped off

Really starting to get mad at Starbucks right now. What’s the point of using the app for pickup if I’m told in the drive through that I have to LEAVE THE LINE and wait or come inside and wait. I’m spending so much money on coffee to be told to come back or come inside (with a baby in the car) when I put my order in in advance. What’s the difference between me putting it in 5 minutes away vs ordering it at the window? It literally takes yall more time to take my order at the window and then make it than it is for me to order and say I had one sent in already. Your new “policy” is absolutely ridiculous. Looks like my 200$+ a month in coffee is going elsewhere now, smfh

I ordered a venti decaf cappuccino dry, extra foam with 3 raw sugars. The foam wasn’t foamy so I had them remake it. The manager made it the second time. The foam was still loose and tasted waayyyy different than usual. The manager made it with soy milk that contains vanilla, which I’m allergic to. She apologized and gave me a laughable $4 gift card. Disappointed is an understatement. The last time I went to this location they made my drink wrong too. I’m giving up on corporate chains and going to a locally owned coffee shop.

This Starbucks on SR 200 is a lifesaver for a quick caffeine fix. The drive-thru is usually efficient, allowing me to get in and out quickly.
My go-to drink is an Iced Shaken Espresso with sweet cream and a caramel drizzle, and they always make it just right.
