I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso and extra Carmel my drink taste and looks just like milk I asked the drive thru lady said she put and extra shot in my drink but she didn’t even make my coffee . When I received my coffee the whole outside of my cup was covered in (white ) coffee and did not receive any napkins .any coffee drink I know is not white

So disappointed in Starbucks recently! I’ve been a faithful customer for years but recently their service has been absolutely terrible. This particular store is so inconsistent with their service. Just sent 25 minutes in drive thru at 1:00pm to have the wrong drink handed to me. They appeared to have only 2 people working and one was seen walking around drinking her own drink. Time to visit another coffee shop.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They make my coffee exactly the way I like it, and whenever I go to other Starbucks locations, I think the coffee is terrible and I notice a big difference. I go to this Starbucks almost every week. Besides the baristas being incredibly sweet, I’ve always been treated very well. The best Starbucks ever.

Be very careful ordering. Always check your order. 3 large coffees one with cream & 2 with oat milk,.. all three came out with cream and I was given a huge attitude for asking them to fix it! What a joke when you are a regular spending over $20 a day on coffee!
And please be sure not to talk to friendly to the staff or you will be told to stop or they won’t serve you! AMAZING how this location loves to take your voice away!

I frequent this location a lot. We are all human and are allowed to greet people, and politely ask for a number. 30% of the time the coffee is wrong anyways. ASKING FOR A NUMBER IS NOT ILLEGAL, YOU TOOK MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH AWAY

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks on my work trips for years. It has been my favorite until these last few months. It is extremely slow service, no matter what time of day I come. Has been taking a solid 20-30 minutes in drive thru, but is even slower inside. It took me 40 minutes last week to get my drink. Have seen what I presume is the manager reprimanding multiple employees directly outside of the front door which added to how long it took. Came a few days ago and power was down and they weren’t taking orders, not their fault but no signage in drive thru stating that either. Disappointing how downhill it has gone

Went through drive through, ordered a latte. Nice, friendly staff, order came in reasonable time & they got it right.
I love starbucks & all sorts of coffee places, but this starbucks is just the worst one I've ever been to. Its not the staff's fault, but the location is always busy and the staff takes a lot of time with each person as well, so you are easily waiting upwards of 30 minutes for your coffee, even if you've ordered ahead. The staff has always been friendly, and the drinks are the same moderate quality that starbucks always has, but the wait time makes this location a no-go for me
