Seems like The people working there are all minor, they make drinks slowly, and no one cares about the customers who come in. They don't even make eye contact, so it's hard to talk to them.

Horrible drive thru worker. Rude. Little man with grayish beard, mustache, glasses and lil cap. Completely opposite of what I have experienced here before. Not going back. Taking money elsewhere. Horrible!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks who work here, especially Madison. I'm not really one to ever leave reviews, but I just have to express my gratitude for her kindness over the past week. My father recently died, and I was in town cleaning out my parents' home in preparation for moving my mother, who is also severely unwell, up to a care facility in New England, and coming to this Starbucks early every morning was the one time of day where I felt like I could actually breathe. Madison's genuine warmth was a balm (Alexis too!), and if I lived closer I would come here all the time. Endless thanks!

This Starbucks is always my go-to, and a big part of that is the amazing customer service. Matt helped me during my last visit and he was fantastic—attentive to detail, enthusiastic, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s refreshing to be greeted with such genuine kindness and energy. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

There are two Starbucks locations in my area that I frequent and this is one of them. I have known Olivia since I started coming to this location. We are not personal friends, I know her only from coming to Starbucks. Olivia has always been polite and on top of her game as a barista. I'm not challenging the gentleman's experience about the service dog but this sounds very much out of character for Olivia. I enjoy coming to this location and having Olivia take care of my orders. She is very consistent and always has time for a smile and is engaging with her customers. As we all know, there are two sides to every story. Having had a service dog years ago I know it is a difficult situation on what you can/cannot be asked. I do feel more clarity is needed regarding services animals. I struggle when in a grocery store, and other stores, observing dogs in grocery carts with no visible tags or vests identifying the dogs as a service animal. Perhaps a good first step for Starbucks and other stores is to clearly identify what animals are able to enter an establishment and clearly outline on the door what is required to enter. This way there is no confusion between customers and workers. Olivia, keep on smiling, you are very good at what you do!

Had a horrible experience my wife and I with our service dog went into Starbucks to enjoy our Starbucks, Chai coffee and Olivia told us to get out dogs are not welcome There were witnesses. There. The dog is an emotional support also trained to grab medication. Because I have high anxiety. Also, I’m a diabetic. I’m reporting. Olivia because we spent money inside then literally got kicked out and got humiliated verbally that’s not great Customer service I come here all the time and I never get disrespected I will be sending in complaint.

Normally I have a great experience at this location and am not one to leave reviews…like ever. I literally was handed the worst matcha I’ve ever had today. My matcha order is a little complicated, so I do tip accordingly because it’s not just an off the menu type of item. I get a Venti matcha, Add cold foam, add strawberry puree. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the barista was a little sarcastic and said “you mean strawberry cold foam?” I just said “sure” thinking maybe they just add strawberry puree to the cold foam now, whatever. I get my drink and got too far away from the store before I took a sip of it to ask for it to be remade (which again, never have to do). Not only was the strawberry cold foam very different from what I normally get when I ask for cold foam and strawberry puree, but the drink itself was terrible. It was just an explosion of matcha powder and water. I couldn’t even taste strawberry or milk at all due to all of the overwhelming grittiness of all the matcha powder. This is my go to drink. I loveeee matcha and this Starbucks typically gets it right every time. I’m not sure if it was a new barista, in which case it’s understandable, but between the sarcasm instead of just giving me what I ordered, on top of the absolute dog water tasting matcha, I’m just upset. I don’t treat myself often, especially since it’s literally a $10 drink in this freakin economy, so when I do take a moment to get myself a drink I love, it’s important to me that it’s actually drinkable. Had I not been in such a rush I definitely would’ve asked for it to be remade.
