This is probably the most mismanaged Starbucks in the area. Whoever does their inventory needs to be retrained. 9/10 times you go they will be out of ingredients or everything they need to make your drink.

Rolling through town to Clearwater - went inside to pick up my mobile order -sweetest staff, clean and efficient. Best part tho? The three ring binder on the counter that says “Everyone thinks they have the best dog in the world - they aren’t wrong” and inside is hundreds of Polaroids of dogs who came through the drive through - with names. How personalized this chain restaurant is! Someone put a lot thought and commitment to this uplifting project. It brought me a lot of joy - thank you!!!! Obviously excellent management here! AND the coffee was stellar! Thank you ☺️👏🏻

When I entered, the staff wasn’t even welcoming. The lady who took my order was super rushed and my partnered asked her if the food that is on the display is the one they serve costumer. The lady said no, so he mentioned to her that there is flies on it and she mentioned to him sarcastically, “is food, we live in Florida.” With an angry attitude, is not appealing to see flies on food therefore we just wanted her to know, she said her name is Olivia, but I really doubt it. I’m not sure if everyone was having a bad day but, if you are working with costumer service keep those sarcastic comments to yourself, rude.
