Basic menu drinks are inconsistent, they never taste the same, hit or miss if it’ll end up being what it’s supposed to be (example: getting lemonade instead of coconut milk in a refresher drink even when specifying). When my bf asked for real sugar in his black tea they gave him syrup (and he said he didn't care if it’ll dissolve) the potato’s in the wraps are also notorious for being undercooked. This review is based off of multiple experiences at this specific location.

The heavyset lady working the counter makes this a do not go to location for me. She makes it seem like a massive inconvenience if you ask to have your muffin warmed up because she has to walk over to the ovens. She was snarky and sitting resting her arms on the counter. Just not a good experience, made me feel like I was an inconvenience as a customer and just a really bad tone from this location.

Extremely tired of ordering from this location on door dash and them not making the drink how I order it. I order extra chai and sugar every morning and the last couple times they don’t make my drink the *way I order it* Extremely frustrating when it’s delivery and I can’t take it back to fix it. The place looks like a open school cafeteria very boring. I ordered a cappuccino and a cheese Danish the cappuccino was only half full with half cappuccino and half foam. the cheese Danish tasted horrible. The place was not busy with less then 10 customers and 4 employees behind counter slow as molasses.

RUDE NASTY EVENING STAFF HERE In talking to a Mgr. here, on Friday, August 9th, I was told that the evening crew has had many complaints called in to their store and 3 people have been let go there. Unfortunately, this store has to keep re-hiring and re-hiring all the time to find workers and they are hiring 16 yr olds who know nothing about food safety. We have had ourselves and friends become ill here, all at the same time on one evening, after drinking their coffee. The Dist. Mgr. has more than one county they oversee we understand this. But...it appears they have lacked attention and fell short to getting this brand new store up to par and operating as all other Starbuck's stores that we have found here and in other Counties in Florida. This Dist. Mgr must step it up and do better or more and more complaints are going to be filed, noted on Social Media, and their job may end up in jeopardy.
I asked for vanilla Creamer and sugar in one of my coffice. And it didn't even look like they had put any Kramer in it. It was barely lighter than my black coffee that I had ordered no vanilla taste. Whatsoever and so yeah, I just would not recommend Starbucks to anyone. I didn't like Starbucks before just because their coffee didn't taste real good when I had ordered it at the airport, but this is the second time I've ever been to a Starbucks and yeah, I've not changed my mind. I've gone there twice in two weeks and each time my caramel frap had no syrup in it. It literally tastes like coffee water with whipped cream on top. Horrible, and it wasn't even a custom order. I would wait for the staff here to be more tenured before coming regularly... How do you forget frap syrup? TWICE.
