I will not be returning to this location. The level of unprofessionalism was staggering. From the moment I walked in, the staff was yelling and talking incredibly loud. One employee was even complaining openly about how she couldn’t wait to go home and smoke, which is completely inappropriate for a professional environment. Because they were so distracted by their own conversations, they weren't paying any attention to the orders. I ordered cheese fries, but instead, they gave me a side of plain fries and a cup of cheese on the side. If I wanted to assemble my own meal, I would have ordered it that way.

Rudest customer service experience you could ever ask for. Been here 6 times in the past year and every single time they barely mumble out 3 words the entire transaction. Also ordered a drink with no ice, and receieved a half empty cup with no straw. Just comically bad. Go literally anywhere else.

I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering. It might be the younger people's way of ordering but their finger are always on buttons all day anyway. I grew up in a time that when people to each other. Please bring back face to face ordering or a willingness to help the struggling customers.

Not like the good old SNS. Quality of food is much poorer now than what it was that made them famous. Everything has changed...no servers, kiosk ordering only, shakes are still good, but other than that, meh.

I always drive through sometimes there’s a little bit of a weight, but the food is excellent, and the people in the window are always very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about it. I love steak ‘n Shake. Great milkshakes.

Somehow their drive-thru system is down. This is strange because the person told me this through the speaker at the drive-thru. They said I would have to come inside and use the kiosk which isn't down. Which for some inexplicable reason the person who was talking to me at the drive-thru couldn't use.

Food was great. There is no service to be had. Could pay for your food and cook it yourself. Bring back the diner that it once was and get rid of the useless touch screens and bring back waiters/waitresses.
