We decided to give these guys a try after reopening. The last two times were horrible. My burger today was so smashed it was wafer thin and had actual holes. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Not a clean table, walls were dirty. The floor was so greasy people were slipping and almost falling down. We won't be going back.

This place is exactly how others described it - it’s a shell of it’s former glory. I don’t know why they don’t just walk off the kitchen because you’re not going to interact with the employees. If you have an issue - good luck. Everyone has an AirPod in their ear and they’ll just ignore you until you raise your voice. Then it’s your problem for having a certain tone. I’d rather this place close down so I don’t have to hear disappointed anymore.

Ice cold fries, no one spoke to us, the self serve didn't prompt us for drinks but we thought it came with our meal deal. If someone had helped us, we would have known. I told Someone there was no ketchup and was totally ignored.

I used to love Steak n Shake but was very disappointed. The takeout window was filthy. I shouldn't have ignored that red flag. The burger meat itself was super greasy and thin as a cookie. I like thin burgers but this thing was thinner than a cookie and it even had holes in it. The fries were stale too. I sat in my car and observed how rundown the exterior of the building looked. Never again 👎

Went in for lunch. Didn't speak to any staff there. You had to order/pay on a kiosk only. The only time you got to talk to staff was when they hollered your name to get your food. Very non-customer friendly/non-inviting. Food was ok.

Went in Veterans Day and was served a free double cheese burger with the best fries in America and a drink. Thank you so much for celebrating Veterans. Talked to the manager who is not only a very nice young man but a Veteran also This is one of the best Steak n Shakes I have been in.

Ŵent to this one today around 1:15 manager was rude and wasn't customer friendly what so ever. Food was good missed one whole meal had to go get it. She even said she seen it and just didn't make it. If I could only rate the manager I would give her a negative 5 star. Should always treat customers with a friendly manager
