Went in for lunch. Didn't speak to any staff there. You had to order/pay on a kiosk only. The only time you got to talk to staff was when they hollered your name to get your food. Very non-customer friendly/non-inviting. Food was ok.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and asked them to blend MnMs with it and they delivered! new favorite milkshake combo, the even included a hefty scoop of MnMs on top of the whip cream thank you steak n shake
