River and Teriel really made our experience great! They had great recommendations and were always on top of helping us out, but also a great balance of not being too overwhelming! Food was amazing, sides were amazing, and the complimentary dessert they brought out for the birthday was fantastic!

Stirrups exceeded all expectations. Michelle, Dylan, Raylynn,Darren and all the Chefs, Christian, Josh, Martine were remarkable. Everyone made eating with food allergies a breeze while keeping all the selections remarkably tasty and elevated. We went every night we stayed at WEC!! Highly recommend everyone go and luxuriate in the very special experience.

I had the small fillet which was delicious. My husband ordered the snapper special, which he said was way too salty. The manager afterwards said he should have told them and they would have given him something different. The problem with that is, you have to wait around until your server reappears to let them know, then wait for the new entree, etc, and everyone else finishes ahead of you. The service was excellent, and we always enjoy the ambiance, but the entree was a disappointment.

They've changed chefs over the past year... and it taste's like it. Food , especially meat selections, have sadly declined considerably. However desserts, service and ambiance remains totally 5-Star. Hope they get their groove back.

Took my Beautiful Mother on a date to this amazing restaurant. She has wanted to dine here for a while now. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by smiles and a warm welcome. Quay (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was our server and she was AMAZING! The food was delicious (shoutout to the Chef)! Jimmy was very hospitable and ensured we were having a great experience. Thank you to all staff, we will be coming back for sure!
We LOVE this restaurant!!! Since moving to the Dunnellon (Marion County) area 6 months ago, we have enjoyed dining at this restaurant regularly. We enjoy Upscale Fine Dining and Stirrups provides just that, elegant, upscale fine dining. Hotel Executive Chef Martini, Chef Cristian and Managers Juan, Jimmy and Raphael as well as the Servers especially Gabby are phenomenal. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

My husband and I went to Stirrups for my birthday dinner a few weeks ago and have been raving about it to anyone who will listen since then! It was hands down the best dining experience we've ever had (we've lived in multiple cities and I'm incredibly discerning about the quality of restaurants). Sanjeev (the general manager) and Ashley (our server) truly went above and beyond at every turn of the night; they could not have been more hospitable, kind, and generous. Their service was better than the best and they gifted us several complimentary surprises throughout our meal which made us feel so special! The food was incredible, I had the fresh catch of the day (snapper) and my husband had the steak. We both agreed that the macaroni and cheese and the biscuits we're the best we've ever had in our life (we love both so much we had them at our wedding) which is high praise for us. The dessert (Sanjeeve was gracious and had the dessert we picked out at Emma's Patisserie served to us at dinner) was phenomenal. The pastries are of the quality of the highest end bakery in Paris-delectable! We will be back here for every birthday, anniversary, and special occasion. I sincerely can't recommend Stirrups more, you have to go for yourself!
