Told them I wanted the special 5.99 pizza sub they made it along with the 2 meatball subs I wanted at the end it was over 26 I asked them if that included the 5.99 special promo for the pizza sub they then tell me it has to be ordered on white bread and no additional items. It isn’t posted anywhere on any of the signs when I mention that the lady says it’s per the manager. I won’t ever go back there again it was dirty looking and they over charge claiming fine print which there is none posted.

Subway inside Walmart. Saw 3 staff members. They had NO wraps. They were out of both unsweet and sweet tea. Only a couple if clean tables. Had to turn some away because they could only take cash. Sandwiches were fine....just disappointed not to get a wrap and tea since I can't drink cola. Doubtful I'll be back.

EXTREMELY DIRTY! If I hadn't been starving and short on time I would've left. Wish I would've. My stomach is not in good shape. When I got there I saw the sandwich maker handing a garbage can. He came out from the back unenthused and ready to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to wash his hands. As he was making my sandwich, I was looking around and observed that the place is filthy. Now that I'm sick, I'm thinking they probably do that often. Don't wash their hands and then touch food and food surfaces. Disgusting! Never again. I'll just starve to death if I have to.

June and her employees were very very nice even tho they ran out of bread and I had ordered thru the app. I understood things happen. She even comped me a large slurpee and a churro for free. Even under stress they were all amazing.

Whoever the girl that was working on 2/26/2024 @ 6:45PM claimed "The bread was hard" so she couldn't make my daughter sub. And then my wife put an order in on the app and when I asked if it was store # 37769 she scoffed and laughed at me and told me that wasn't the store number. Come to find out the gentleman working with her confirmed that was indeed the store #. He was nice but she was incredibly rude.

Just left this store a few minutes ago will never return here. So was dirty pretty much all the chairs still up. They was definitely open because you did have one or two people sitting and eating. So I walked in the lady behind the counter was playing with the bread never greeted us or anything and would not stop doing that to help us so we decided after a few minutes that we would go else where. Definitely need better management there. Would give a zero if I could.

Soda machine is broken 1 person moving at a snail's making orders while one in the back onyhe phone not helping while people are lined up out to the entrance if it wasn't for my diabetes acting up in the middle of shopping I would definitely go somewhere

My one star is directed toward amber. Since you can’t stop thinking about sandwiches then maybe you should have a plan B instead of having a meltdown as a grown adult.
Absolute worst customer service only one person working I went in to get one sandwich. The lady ahead of me had four she stated that she wasn’t going to take my order because she had been there since open by herself and she needed to take a break so you’re telling me you can’t do your job by taking my order because you need a break honey. Your job is not that hard to make a sandwich, and if you can’t clearly do what your job is, then you do not need to be working so needless to say she did not take my order did not make my food

This place is horrible.. people are rude and lazy then wanna give you an attitude when they can't get your order ready ordered online, said it was ready went to pick up and had to wait another 20 min because they are lazy and taking the order in line not the one I placed 35 minutes ago. This place sucks!

Easily the worst subway I've ever been to and one of the worst food establishments if not the worst. 2 people behind the counter who obviously haven't received any training whatsoever. Tried ordering something off the snack menu and was told they weren't sure what that even is and they don't know how to make it so I can't have it. Not sure how they're open still because they shouldn't be. It's an embarrassment to the franchise.
