1/12/26 6:50PM I visited this Subway location tonight and really feel the need to acknowledge the outstanding work of one of the employees who was running the front by himself for quite a while. He handled a long line, in-store customers, and mobile orders with patience, professionalism, and great customer service. He was multitasking as best as anyone reasonably could, and he truly did a fantastic job.

Unfortunately, what really bothered me was the manager’s behavior. Instead of assisting when the line grew, she spent time cleaning tables that didn’t need attention and then handled only mobile orders, leaving him to manage everything on his own. When equipment alarms went off, she spoke to him in a disrespectful and condescending way in front of customers, criticizing his multitasking and even nitpicking his prep work rather than offering support or guidance. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary, especially considering how hard he was working.

No employee deserves to be belittled publicly, especially when they are clearly doing their best under pressure. I even felt the need to speak up in the store and tell him how great of a job he was doing, because he truly was.

Management should be supporting their team, not tearing them down. This employee deserves recognition , he kept everything running and still stayed kind, patient, and professional.

Most of the time food is old, sometimes workers are nice depending on who's working and how much they are talking instead of focusing on work. Overall not great food

I suppose to paid about $21 today but was almost $28 I tried to explain the lady that was working there around 2 pm showing her my receipt that they charged me more and she keep saying that the meal of the day didn’t included in the price the drink and the chips (but in the screen says it) so they end charging me extra $5 for another drink and cookie. She keep saying if I wanted the money she gave it to me but was not about the money was about why you charge more if you don’t have to so either was her or is the store taking more money away from people! Be aware and check your receipt before you leave

the people making the sandwiches want to work in customer service but they don’t know how to do the service part, they make a face and complain to you if you ask them for something extra. will not be coming back 🤮

To the manager of this Subway inside Walmart SW200--I just wanted to let you know Anytime your worker, Bethany, is behind the counter, I receive Excellent service even when she may have other individuals at the counter, Uber Eats orders to prepare, etc. In my experience she is your #1 employee.

Extremely rude to me on the phone when asking where my order was. I have been waiting over an hour for them to make my food. When I called and asked if the restaurant was the one on my order she lied and said no .

Subways food really lacks compared to other sandwich places but I can't stop myself from coming back from time to time. The people there were absolutely wonderful and were very interesting.
The food was pretty good for a subway six inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki is the best thing you can get and they got a decent roast beef if you ain't feeling chicken.
Salads are out of the question as it feels like you are over paying for a lot less actual meat and cheese.
Last but most notable, the veggies.
They were all really rough looking which was a shame.

I'm here standing at the line two girls working here right now. They are too slow working and they are laughing and running their mouth talking none stop to the customer instead of making their food and go on with the next customer. Like this is so ridiculous. All the employees they have are too slow. The work area is is disgusting all dirty and the lettuce they look like old and not fresh. Yall need to do better with the employees and the cleaning.

They close at 10. I arrived at 8:30. Said there for about five min before girl tells me she’s closed. I asked why are they closed so early, her reply was she always closes early so she isn’t there late because she has things to do and doesn’t want to be there. Rude person. She then tells me to step back moves the divider and says see there’s the sign saying we are closed. Messaged corporate about it they say it’s happening because and I quote
