To the manager of this Subway inside Walmart SW200--I just wanted to let you know Anytime your worker, Bethany, is behind the counter, I receive Excellent service even when she may have other individuals at the counter, Uber Eats orders to prepare, etc. In my experience she is your #1 employee.

Extremely rude to me on the phone when asking where my order was. I have been waiting over an hour for them to make my food. When I called and asked if the restaurant was the one on my order she lied and said no .

Subways food really lacks compared to other sandwich places but I can't stop myself from coming back from time to time. The people there were absolutely wonderful and were very interesting.
The food was pretty good for a subway six inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki is the best thing you can get and they got a decent roast beef if you ain't feeling chicken.
Salads are out of the question as it feels like you are over paying for a lot less actual meat and cheese.
Last but most notable, the veggies.
They were all really rough looking which was a shame.

I'm here standing at the line two girls working here right now. They are too slow working and they are laughing and running their mouth talking none stop to the customer instead of making their food and go on with the next customer. Like this is so ridiculous. All the employees they have are too slow. The work area is is disgusting all dirty and the lettuce they look like old and not fresh. Yall need to do better with the employees and the cleaning.

They close at 10. I arrived at 8:30. Said there for about five min before girl tells me she’s closed. I asked why are they closed so early, her reply was she always closes early so she isn’t there late because she has things to do and doesn’t want to be there. Rude person. She then tells me to step back moves the divider and says see there’s the sign saying we are closed. Messaged corporate about it they say it’s happening because and I quote

They advertise meatball footlong 5.99 tell the guy I don't need any bread if he can put it in a bowl go to checkout it's $7.99 so I guess that's what you get when you don't want to waste the bread next time I guess you just get the bread and throw it in the trash ,unbelievable

Told them I wanted the special 5.99 pizza sub they made it along with the 2 meatball subs I wanted at the end it was over 26 I asked them if that included the 5.99 special promo for the pizza sub they then tell me it has to be ordered on white bread and no additional items. It isn’t posted anywhere on any of the signs when I mention that the lady says it’s per the manager. I won’t ever go back there again it was dirty looking and they over charge claiming fine print which there is none posted.

Subway inside Walmart. Saw 3 staff members. They had NO wraps. They were out of both unsweet and sweet tea. Only a couple if clean tables. Had to turn some away because they could only take cash. Sandwiches were fine....just disappointed not to get a wrap and tea since I can't drink cola. Doubtful I'll be back.

There's 6 people in line at 2pm and only one person helping customers. I've seen 3 employees that keep popping out of the back, but still only one person making sandwiches. Do better.
