We have used this location many times. The lady that works there in the evening has zero charisma and has no desire to be friendly or even cordial. Have always given her the benefit of maybe she’s having a bad day. No one has that many bad days. I will not leave another tip on my order. We walked in told her it was for a pick up and she still made not one but two other sandwiches before deciding that she could walk and grab my order. No smile from her, just a scowl.

Poorly managed. The poor lady was working by herself without any help. No point in mobile ordering still have to wait because they didnt even start it and have people at the counter. Not her fault, somebody is trying to save labor hours and run a store with one single person.

If I could u would rate my experience a 0 Customers in store waiting to be helped, patiently waiting and we can clearly see that the staff is there by herself…Staff member “LYNN” was very rude to the point some customers walked out of store …Very poor customer service “Do better” There is no reason to take your frustration out on the customers….Also that Doritos footlong snack box needs to be taken off the menu. if customers can’t build it the way they want what’s the point of having something on the menu

Not sure why they have a drivethru...went to this location specially for that so I won't have to go inside, not feeling well, they never answered the call/help button. Food was ready inside but they were pretty small sandwiches for 'the beast' and extra meat.
Signs on the windows and other buttons support the notion that you shouldn't bother with the window.
If you knew how far a drove to go to this one for the drive-thru you know I'd be crazy.
Just got to your local Jiffy store Subway.

Whoever does the hiring at this location really needs to sweep the current employees. Fella with dreadlocks and a woman, both working the lunch hour shift on 7/22/24. First off both acted as if they were doing me a favor by being there as I'm giving them my business. Terrible customer service from the way the guy made my salad to the women that cashed me out. They both, in all honesty don't belong working in a place they truly don't want to be. Its written all over there faces. With Zaxbys, Culvers, and more in the area, we have alot of lunch choices. Does the hiring manager understand that. Do they not understand that if it wasn't for people coming in for food, they wouldn't have a job. This place will end up doing alot less money as the prior years if you don't change the perspective of the person doing the hiring..Im in customer service. Trust me.
