Okay subway has redeemed itself!!!! Roosevelt made my veggie salad and dang he had me so hungry watching him make it. Oscala Subway workers hands down are the best yet. Kind, and do their best giving individual attention to each customer and our foods detail.

the woman working there named Natasha was one of the most unpleasant people i’ve ever dealt with. i work in customer service so i know how it can be overwhelming at times but this woman had no patience or respect and it’s honestly shocking that she works in a place where she deals with people. she was frequently cutting myself and other customers off, snapping, and creating an overall uncomfortable environment. subway is already not the greatest but combine that with this employee and i’d recommend just going somewhere else altogether. everyone else in the store was really sweet though!

Came in the store and then waiting around for a good fourty minutes while the lady working the night shift can deffinately chat around and talk her lips off with other employees instead of attending to customers. I approached the lady about making a order and she had an unprofessional attitude. Poor manners.
