Ava’s had very awful customers service. Myself and my 4 young children came in to order food for the night, she was very impatient with us while deciding what we wanted to order. She didn’t give us any recommendations it was obvious we were trying something new. She threw our food on our subs very sloppy as if she were frustrated with us being undecided. I felt rushed and the experience was a 1 out of 5.

I came in Today, Sunday July 27th at 1420 hrs. I'm there every Sunday and usually 2 to 3 times a week. One customer sitting and eating. Just me there. I'm at the counter waiting. Both of the women saw me and ignored me. The younger lady ignored me while she was labeling pans by the slicer. Not a hello, I'll be right with you, nothing. They saw me come in. Pathetic. Maybe the manager should explain to them about guest/customer focus and how customers take precedent over labeling, dating and rotating stock. WE COME FIRST!

Daniel had the worst customer service I’ve ever Seen at this location he was dealing with the bread while me waiting for food. The bread was more important than the customer telling me who are you and why do I have to listen to him when clearly I am the customer customers come first don’t know why he was so rude . Just lost a customer this was actually my favorite place to get subs, but he ruined it. I was the only customer there . there was no one in line, He took all of the rolls out of the coasters. There was a lot when it took two seconds to make Sub When I told him that. He did not acknowledge me. He just kept on ignoring me and ghosted me .while I was there did not see me at all until I said something to him and the girl just sat there and watched while he was being rude. That’s when she said to him stop Daniel.

I ordered a six inch sub and a footlong pretzel. I was charged for a footlong sub and the pretzel was hard and tasted stale.
I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and it just rings busy and then automatically hangs up.

Eva was working alone for BOGO footling day, in which I’m certain she made a ridiculous amount of sandwiches and fed so many people!!!! The backbone of Subway is ALL the hardworking sandwiches artists! She was super fast and positive despite the line of orders and people! Eva you are so awesome!!

The other lady was nice and tried her best. The night crew I guess isn't the best to deal with, I will try again during the day time around lunch.
