I had an online order today, and they were out of a lot of product but Maddie was very very helpful and my fiancé and I were really happy she was doing her best to compromise despite being out of a lot of product! Love this subway, will come back a lot more! Thank you!

I ordered a six inch sub and a footlong pretzel. I was charged for a footlong sub and the pretzel was hard and tasted stale.

I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and it just rings busy and then automatically hangs up.

Eva was working alone for BOGO footling day, in which I’m certain she made a ridiculous amount of sandwiches and fed so many people!!!! The backbone of Subway is ALL the hardworking sandwiches artists!
She was super fast and positive despite the line of orders and people! Eva you are so awesome!!

I would of loved to have given it a 5 star, but the service we got last night was bad. The lady was slamming things and made it very obvious that we were annoying her with our order. The other lady was nice and tried her best. The night crew I guess isn't the best to deal with, I will try again during the day time around lunch.

It seems the norm that subway employees are too distracted to pay attention. Seriously this is the 3rd time in a row, and DIFFERENT subways. Don't employees have to take the most rudimentary customer service skills, or maybe this is not a priority any longer.
