It seems the norm that subway employees are too distracted to pay attention. Seriously this is the 3rd time in a row, and DIFFERENT subways. Don't employees have to take the most rudimentary customer service skills, or maybe this is not a priority any longer.

Long line of 8 customers waiting to order, 2 employees preparing sandwiches and none of the employees would attend the customers waiting in line to order because they were both focused only in the online orders. Customers waited and waited in line to order and this employees would ignore each one of them. Didn’t greet them, didn’t acknowledge any of them, didn’t tell them approximately how long the wait was going to be. I had to order online while being in the store in person after waiting 35 minutes in line. Ridiculous someone needs to do something.

If you come here make sure Stef is handling your order. Always smiling always polite. She makes the sandwich experience to really make it your own. So glad that the last three times I’ve been here she has been the one behind the counter. Marking this place as a favorite in the app.Also, I read the coming in before closing and not having some of the breads, well what do you expect when they are about to close and they bake their breads daily. They always gives us options of the other breads they have and honestly, this is the way k have tasted other breads they offer.

Place is just terrible. Says they close at 9pm. My wife and kid show up at 842. Nothing is left they say. Ovens off. No meatballs or hot bread. Basically told to leave. Said they lock the doors at 8:50. We won’t be back to any Subway.

The food at subway is usually good. However, if your team doesn't have good customer service, I will not return. Today I stopped in. The manager was the only person working. I waited patiently while she prepared an online order. She did say she would be right with me. But when someone is sighing and deep breathing like they're aggravated it is off-putting. Another team member came in and apparently was early by accident, and the manager allowed her to leave until her scheduled time. (This is important to note based on the exchange I had with the manager afterwards.) So I ordered my food, she made it. A customer came in and went to the register behind me. I turned and asked are you just picking up. She said yes. The manager then came to the register to ring me out, so I wanted to let her know the girl was picking up because I know when I order online I expect to be able to come in and grab my food and go. So anyway, I figure I am helping by letting the manager know. The manager got snippy with me and stated, "I understand, but I am just one person working here." Of course she said it in a rude way. I felt pretty d*** at that point. So, she gets the girl her food and she left. The manager rings me up and starts trying to be nice and friendly at this point. I was paying with my debit card and the machine asks me if I want to tip. Hell no I don't want to tip. I was just made to feel like an idiot. I get it. You are in the service industry. I don't know why you were having a bad day. I just wanted a Philly. Be nice.

Every time I come here it’s soo slow! I always order on the app for pick up, but with one employee working that has to help people ordering in, I end up waiting for my order. This location is so unorganized. I prefer the one in Belleview. They have a cart for pick up orders, which is something this location definitely could benefit from! If you order ahead, you shouldn’t have to wait a minute when it’s ready. I also hate that this location doesn’t have the fresh lemonades that every other Subway has. The food is okay, but the service is terrible. Definitely expect to wait when picking up!

Phone number to contact stores is not even a valid number. Had one small concern but now I'm a little bit mad. Olive pits in the sliced olives are something you should notice...
