Extremely disappointing all around. Went to the drive-thru and no one was there. Went in to order and it took about 20 minutes to get two subs with one person with a small order ahead of us. After we left and started eating we saw that there was a laughable amount of meat and cheese on our subs. Ive never had a worse Subway experience. The restaurant inside and bathroom are not well kept, it has a layer of grime everywhere. If we were not on a road trip I would have tried to speak to a manager.

This Subway location offers excellent service and a friendly staff. However, access can be challenging due to ongoing construction, which is not the company's fault.

I told them what sandwich I wanted and he eh like he was annoyed and then told me they had to make the bread. The only thing they had was flate bread .I told him if he didn't want make the sub it was fine and left

Manager Rebecca was not too friendly and customer service was very terrible. Maybe I went there on her worst day I won't come back to Subway 2019 SW Highway 484 I got to wait so long in they drive through to place my order less 35min.

Dallas (Assistant Mgr) is an amazing lady. Such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Made me feel highly valued. She welcomed me & took time to make my sandwiches & items just as I asked.
Fresh veggies, meats & cheeses. Nice dinner treat with first-rate service from Dallas. Was short-staffed so the restaurant could have used an additional team member, but working alone, she took care of me quickly & efficiently with two customers before me & a line of three hungry customers after me.
A great Subway location with an amazing Assistant Manager who deserves a raise!

I arrived at the same time another family got there and we were the only people there. The guy was preparing an online order at a snail's pace and couldn't look up to acknowledge us or he'd lose count of the pickles.

We thought he was alone, but a little afterwards, another person came out who also ignored us and loaded the warmers with what seemed like an endless amount of bread trays. She finished and guess what? She came out with even more bread trays. By the time she finished, the other one was still arranging the lettuce on the same sub while the POS incessantly announced new orders coming through.

Afterwards, there was some confusion over how to put a cookie into a bag before our existence was finally acknowledged and were greeted with a, "What can I get for you?". I'd like to have all that wasted time back, if you wouldn't mind, thank you.

P.S. Don't try the new 'for a limited time only' Doritos BBQ flavor. They suck. Stick to what you know on this one. ?

Can In For Lunch On Sunday.
The Line was Very Long And the Staff Had poor Attitude towards Customers Satisfaction.
This Is A Symptom of Poor Mananging.
One Two Girls Making the Food , they Did Not Work together to speed up the process. Waited 30 mins for a Terrible Sloppy sandwich. Very Poor service

If a safety inspection would’ve been performed at the time I visited around 8, they would’ve been shut down. Employees handling money and don’t even wash their hands. No sense of urgency. No manners what so ever. Employees look like they’re forced to be working. No one wants to be greeted that way when you walk into a restaurant and eat. I almost didn’t even want to order. The lettuce was brown!

I ordered two subs for delivery. One of the subs was a sub that wasn't what we ordered. We ordered a subway club double meat extra cheese and we got a plain steak sandwich. We tried calling the store and got hung up on 4 times. This is not the first time this subway on 484 Ocala FL, has messed up our order but it is the first time it has completely sent the wrong item.
