I reached at store at 8 pm with my family and store closing time is 11pm but still they insist me to not to dining , only take out
Very lazy staff , when I entered store they say no hello , no how’s are you only they say it’s great if you pick it up
I also own restaurant, this king of behaviour towards customers is not good
Even they don’t have veggie patty as well
Very disappointed, my kids were tired they want to sit relax and eat but unfortunately we went somewhere else

Lazy staff. Don't put the right toppings or sauces when using the app. Forgot half my order and the other half was just wrong. Mind you they told us they had a system update and we waited over 20 minutes on an online order?!

Just moved to the area and this was my first time visiting this Subway. I'm SO impressed with the 2 young ladies behind the counter. They were very pleasant and greeted me with big smiles. I forgot to mention that the store was spotless. I will definitely return!

Writing reviews are not my thing but after my exprieance today, I had to. I visited this Subway resturant today and observered the craizest thing and the customer was very upset until one employee stept up and made it wright. The customer bought 3 footlong subs and asked for more peppers and Ana told her she could not have anymore peppers after she was sending that much money on subs.
The customer was not going to buy the subs anymore she looks as if she was going to take my business elsewhere, but Shena, another employee stepped up and apologized, corrrected the order and changed the customer's mind from going elswhere.
Ana, needs to be retraind and know that customers have a choice to where they choose to eat. Thank you Shena for your understanding and customer service.

Shena at the front was very sweet and kind, she was very patient and took her time with my order. My food was perfect! Not often you find people like her, she has great manners & excellent customer service. I would go back just to see her again. ❤️

OMG, what a difference. I recently visit this Subway on my way back home and I must say, wow. The service from Shena was awesome! I have been to this restaurant before, but was never greeted as soon as I walked in. She was pleasant and served me with a smile. These days whenever you go to restaurants it is as if the employee are mad that you are there. Customer Service is extinct, and most managers are not doing what they need to do to bring the service up. Thank you Shena for doing a great job, there should be more like you!!!

Extremely disappointing all around. Went to the drive-thru and no one was there. Went in to order and it took about 20 minutes to get two subs with one person with a small order ahead of us. After we left and started eating we saw that there was a laughable amount of meat and cheese on our subs. Ive never had a worse Subway experience. The restaurant inside and bathroom are not well kept, it has a layer of grime everywhere. If we were not on a road trip I would have tried to speak to a manager.
