On our first visit - Went through the drive through. Tough to hear the intercom. Meatballs were frozen so we weren’t able to order them. Ordering 4 sandwiches felt like an ordeal. Won’t be back.

I would give triple zeros if I could I just sent an email complaint and don't want to spend one more second on this despicable store located at 2019 sw hwy 484 please read the reviews on the drive thru and terrible customer service They are all true and haven't been acknowledged.

The best subway I have ever been to! It was super clean. All the food was very fresh! They made the sandwiches with care. Excellent! If I was not on a road trip and lived close this would be the only subway I would ever go to. Staff was friendly! Every subway should run like this one!

Best Subway I've been to. I appreciate the lengths our sandwich artist, Juju, went to just to make sure we got fresh ingredients. We arrived at a busy time & were still able to get in & out quickly. They definitely deserve a raise. I felt like serving me a delicious sandwich was important to them & it was the yummiest! They were even kind enough to put my dressing on the side so my bread didn't get soggy before I got home. I highly recommend this location for a good sub alongside great customer service. The atmosphere was clean & the dining area was very open. Parking was easy & the price was on point, especially with a coupon.

Waited in line for 15 minutes before anyone took my older, no one else went in or was in line at the time. Ordered something specific, got home to eat and it was not even close to correct.
They never have bread. Ohhh an I've been to three subway an I have been told online orders come before anybody in the store. Lol really there going down fast..

I placed a order online . Get to the store and nobody answers the drive thru, pull forward to the service window and wait no one comes to the window. No customers inside. Pull around building go in and there is a customer that the employee just started preparing his order. There is another employee in the back I can hear the racket he or she is making back there. Now mind you the app said my order was ready. However when I ask the employee for my order that I placed online he says he hasn't started it yet. So here I am waiting for a sub that was scheduled and reported as done at 9:02. I wouldn't mind waiting if the employees had enough ambition to answer the drive thru or the phones even cuz I tried calling when I sat at the service window. But no it is way too much for a staff of two to provide any type of customer service when there is more than one customer on the property. Literally one customer two employees and yet no one answers the drive thru, the service window, or even acknowledge you when you walk into the store. This subway really is disappointing and I do love subways sandwiches however I won't return to this location. Hopefully these subs are made correctly. It's 9:25 and I'm still waiting. Smh
