I came in to pick up a sandwich and they only put three pieces of meat but you can get a spicy Italian and get all this meat on it and she’s like because I got a 6 inch. I only got three little tiny pieces of pepperoni, not cool.

Tati and Naudya were fantastic! They exercised great teamwork and had a good sense of urgency. We placed an online order and these two ladies got to work at a fast pace to get us out the door and on our way to our obligations. Thank you for your hustle and attention to service!We will definitely be coming back!
First and last time coming .. just literally left this place .Walked in wasn’t greeted by any the staff. Stood there watching her make other online orders. After several minutes, another worke came out and said hello.She too started making online orders.No one said how long or to wait. Just stood there.Finally got my order .. very short and rude . U welcoming .No thanks.

I had a very bad experience with one of the workers. She was very rude and I think she spit in my food. She was putting my sandwich together very aggressively. I was afraid she would throw my sandwich at me. I think her name was

Yesterday we orders subs online. They were made quickly, however, they were so sloppy it made them hard to eat. There was Mayo and mustard spread all over the outside of the bread, toppings not even inside the subs. There were toppings and condiments missing. Overall, not pleased at all and very upset we even spent money at this location.

I placed an ordered 6 subs online so we could take advantage of the FLBOGO sale. Online ordering seems to be an issue with getting your subs made correctly, not sure how hard it is to follow an order. Then the girls working started out very nice and then when they burned a toasted sub and wanted to pass it off to us anyway that was an issue when we asked them to remake the sub. Only one of the subs was made correctly, we were the last subs of their night as they made all the other subs for people waiting in line or who came in while we waited to get our order. When we brought them home, 5 of the six were made incorrectly, missing toppings that were clearly requested on the order, they put way too much mayo, vinaigrette, and other sauces on the subs to the point that they were extremely soggy and gushing with sauce. The one girl was extremely angry when asked to remake the burnt sub, that she threw the sub in the garbage and made a gesture and had an attitude afterwards. Sadly I find that Subway is lacking in customer service when these young children work in the stores alone without supervision, and they way the customer is treated is just not right. Some understanding on the part of the Company and let alone the employees (Young Employees) they need to understand what customer service is all about. Treating the customer right, and understand that the money they spend at that establishment is what helps to cover their paycheck, without the customer you would not have a job/business, etc. Sadly I am a very unhappy customer with they way that employee acted about remaking a burnt sub for an elderly person that was looking to enjoy that for their dinner. I do not think I will be back to this Subway, I would much rather go to an establishment that values their customers and wants to make their experience a reason to come back, this did not happen here tonight.
Staff here today were very professional and polite. Came in to grab drinks before a haircut then came in for food afterwards.Sandwiches we’re well made and happy with the service provided. Staff recommended a better sandwich that i was much happier with! Thanks!
Such wonderful service from Ruby. She was quick and very attentive when making my sandwhich. And it was delicious. Thanks ill definitely be visiting again when i pass back through.

Great service!! The young lady named Sarah was polite and the subs were delicious! She wasted no time and got the group of people that were in front of me taken care of. I was surprised to see only one person working with the amount of customers in the store, but she had no problem taking care of all of us in an efficient manor with a great attitude. My family and I will DEFINITELY be back.
Sarah is not only horrible at customer service, she is transphobic. Subway obviously cares nothing about customer service or training
