tonight was a slow sunday night , however my mexican pizza was delicious, perfectly crispy and not overloaded with topping my tacos were also very tasty!!! Thanks for making my 15 $ meal feel like50 Im a server and appreciate your hard work ! thanks taco bell you guys rock

I just paid $16 for a burrito supreme and a nachos Bell grande, which I ordered extra cheese for. That was only half full. They forgot to put The sauce in the bag, which I asked for I had to check to make sure it was in there. Very, very disappointed. The photo I took after I just took three bites of nachos. There was no extra cheese at all, nor extra beans because I asked for no meat and substitute beans. Very disappointed.

We are from out of town and got treated terribly by the staff here‼️. We waited forever for service and finally figured out the only way we’ll get served is if we go through the drive-thru. BULLSHIT‼️ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

There were no napkins, the touchscreen order machine had dead spots, there was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. I had a tostada a month ago, right after they can out. They were clearly less than before they disappeared, with only a small circle of beans and sauce in the center of the tortilla. Yet yesterday, the tostada was less than the one a month ago. This was mostly lettuce and cheese to cover a thin smear of beans. No doubt the lettuce was to hide the lack of beans and sauce. In a month, the reduced size was reduced again. The gordita was good and filled properly. I was going to order the $7 Luxe Cravings box that Taco Bell advertises which this store sells for $7.99 but yesterday, it was now $9.99. That is pretty ridiculous that you can't sell for the advertised price a month ago and now it is even higher ($10). No one responded when I said they were out of soap and hand towels or when I said they were out of napkins. Another customer took both napkin dispenser lids to the counter and they still didn't respond. It wasn't too dirty. The floors were fairly clean but it was clear no one had wiped the tables. And the receipts no longer tell about feedback on the service.
Parking: Tight spots, a bit awkward to back out of. Most spots are behind the restaurant. If the drive-thru line is long, you can't get in or out of a parking space.
