5 star review for the manager who handled things professionally. Nasty rude employee who worked on 4/6 needs to get her attitude checked and sit in the back to rewatch her training videos. The AUDACITY to ask me for my burrito back through the window because MY ORDWR was not made correctly is not only ONE, a FOOD SAFETY HAZARD and AGAINST POLICY, but two EXTREMELY unprofessional. The look, demeanor, and face/ attitude of “he’s trying to get something for free” IS DISTASTEFUL! Thank you to the young lovely black queen who was there to save her employee from getting chewed out through the drive through window. 5 stars ONLY for the manager, girl at the window gotta go

My experience was overall good they were pretty quick so not much to complain about. The food was exactly like I ordered it. I ordered a crunch wrap and it was delicious

If you go to this Taco Bell, DO NOT order inside. They put off all in restaurant orders to take care of their drive thru time. We went out of our way to come here off the interstate and waited 20 min for taco bell

Mostly I have had good experiences with this Taco Bell but, one morning I ordered breakfast through the app and which is supposed to go on until 11:00 am. I got there around 10:45-10:50 and got stuck in line. When I finally made it up to the speaker they told me they had thrown out all the breakfast and they could not complete my order. I went inside and the lady I talked to was very rude. She told me I could dispute it through the app or get a replacement and I said I’d like a replacement since there is no option to dispute through the app and she walked away come back with a number (that didn’t even work) and walked away. I still have not gotten my money back and my question is if they knew that they had a breakfast order why not just make it before throwing everything out?

THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE KEEPS GETTING WORSEWARNING:THEY DON'T HAVE A GOOD MEXICAN PIZZAThis particular Taco Bell location simply serves as the worst example the franchise can give us.The food is poorly and slowly prepared. The order is always wrong or has items forgotten. The order always takes no less than 15 minutes to be served. These are examples of things that happen every time. Not sometimes.The service is terrible, when you can get it. The employees all remain camped in the back (yes, usually on the phone, you know the drill) long after you have walked in, expecting you to just use the kiosk to order. Nobody will come to the register unless you make extra effort to get their attention, and then make you feel as if you have inconvenienced them.Even app orders are neglected and you have to wait a very long time.The atmosphere of this location? Bland, dreary. Half of the tables are always dirty. The floor gets mopped maybe once during every shift. The supplies are always low-The staff is always high.These are the employees that serve as an argument against a $15/hour minimum wage.I've always liked Taco bell. I've always understood that Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant, I don't expect gourmet meals or a fine dining experience. However, this particular location fails at providing even a basically pleasant dining experience.It is a shame. I keep trying to go back because they are the only Taco Bell in my area, but I don't know that I can continue trying much longer.I work hard for my money, and feel I deserve a decent meal and decent service in exchange for it.It's a shame I had to leave a star, I feel as if they owe me a few.

No one greeted us up front, they were at least 5 or six people in back laughing and even looked at us. After 10 minutes of ordering on the kiosk I had to go interrupt the “gang” of employees to ask where our order was. Then I was told “Oh” . !!! Really!! And then the food was terrible. Ran burritos were lite. This was horrible.
