Omg this was probably the worst taco bell experience I've ever had! Ordered 2 cantina chicken burrito meals. The burritos were slopped together with meat that didn't even look anything like chicken. We couldn't even choke down half of them because the taste was horrible. This meal is usually our regular order, but after this visit idk if we can stomach to try them again. I ordered a baja strawberry dream frozen drink & was given just plain baja blast. When I went back to counter to correct the drink they tried telling me there was no such thing as the one I "claimed to have ordered". I insisted that there was and even pulled it up on the kiosk. I was then given the options of frozen baja blast with vanilla added or baja blue raspberry frozen. I do not recommend this taco bell in particular for sure!

I stop by with my kid January 9 at 11:12PM and the black Cashier lady was super rude while I was with my kid 8years old and was yelling and keep talking back to the point it made me respond back to her. If she don't like her job or was mad don't take it on the customers. Thanks you

Clean and food was hot and pretty good for Taco Bell. They were out of Diablo sauce which is my FAVORITE hot sauce! But I made do with a few packs of hot and fire sauce instead. It's free taco Tuesday so I paid $6 for a taco, Dorito taco supreme and a medium soda. Not bad.

Well as soon as i came in some colored woman wearing a colorful hair piece was so rude never in my 27 years of living have i ever received disrespect and service like that she was like what do you want i was just placing an order she was like i got to worry about my drive through i’ll take care of you guys when I have time i was shocked because a young colored girl with braces attended me quickly and apologized she was the sweetest and helped me was very patient with me but the other lady does not deserve to be working here rudest person ever my whole stay here was horrible she was rude and disgusting language yelling at the employees and some other guy behind me a customer was like wow she is rude i was like yeah sir he immediately left upset i had a lot to say but she was horrible never will i come back here everyone else was sweet and kind. Also waited 20 minutes because of the women.
This taco bell is absolutely amazing. The staff working at 2am december 1st 2024 was phenomenal and went above and beyond! The empanadas are fire!

Very weird experience! We were told our order would take a minutes so we needed reverse 10ft in drive thru and pull back up to windows. UMMM WHAT? Maybe drive times shouldn't matter at 1:20 am
