The fries were stale and old. We ordered steak dippers and they put the cheese in the order but not the dippers and we asked them to confirm they put the avocado sauce in and they didn't. They did not give us a reciept. This is the third time we have went there and gotten an order that was incorrect. The staff are friendly, but they do not seem to understand what goes in the orders and they do not verify what is in an order befor handing it out. We will not be going there again.

I always order my food with no chicken as i am vegetarian. It is rediculous that they cant read their screens. Ordered a bowl on doordash very specifically with no chicken and i got it anyways. Lazy workers.

It’s usually the food I ordered for myself and not my family. Why does this happen every time! Your drive through times will be faster if customers could trust their order is complete.

All but one of their doors was locked. I went inside and after 5 minutes no one had come to take my order. I saw only two people working there, and one of them got upset and walked off. A guy sitting there told me he had been waiting 20 minutes for his order. I left

Just spent 25 minutes in the lobby staring at my online order behind the glass. Nobody even made eye contact. Had to leave the building and get in the drive thru just to get their attention. Food was correct but cold and soggy.
