Okay the staff are always nice with fast service. BUT count your food! 99% of the time when I order from this location, something is missing. It’s usually the food I ordered for myself and not my family. Why does this happen every time! Your drive through times will be faster if customers could trust their order is complete.
I have been coming to this location for a few years now and they continue to be the best Taco Bell in Ocala. Even the few times they make a mistake, management is always quick and efficient at fixing the issue. Every interaction with their staff has been great as well. Very friendly.
I wanted to order online to celebrate an opportunity in my husband's life and was not disappointed with the results and the food. A year and few months back when this location didn't have mobile ordering it was devastating but once it came back I kept getting the quality and food that is worth the wait and price for my household after that time period.
