Everyone ignores you at the counter and if you order for the drive-thru you'll still be sitting there along with the whole line because they don't even make it. Even if your order says it's ready until you get there and check it in. So if you're going to be in a hurry, do not order her drive-thru online Because we are still standing in line and haven't gotten our food and it has been a long time

Taco Bell has always been known for quick, affordable food and a creative menu, but one thing that continues to stand out—in a negative way—is the ingredient quality. Many items contain a long list of additives, preservatives, artificial colors, and highly processed components that don’t leave you feeling great afterward. While these ingredients are considered acceptable by industry standards, it’s still hard to ignore how far they are from real, clean food.
The flavors can be fun, but the overall experience sometimes feels more like eating lab-designed ingredients rather than fresh, wholesome meals. People who are sensitive to processed foods or who try to avoid certain additives may walk away feeling the effects—whether it’s bloating, stomach discomfort, or just that heavy “fast-food crash.”
Taco Bell can absolutely deliver convenience and creativity, but the chain would really benefit from simplifying its ingredient list and focusing more on transparency and real food. Until then, it’s a place I visit sparingly, mainly because I prefer meals that don’t rely so heavily on artificial components.

Light skinned kid with a mustache, every time I come in he causes problems & so many mistakes. Last time I came he was talking with a friend of his, as he sweeps the rug at the entrance directly towards me, while I'm using the tablet to order. Mentioned it to him & walked out & just used the app. Glad I had another option without staying in the restaurant and getting sweeped on by an incompetent and inconsiderate person. He's so immature, disrespectful, not caring to improve at all, coming across very entitled, like he deserves the job no matter what quality of job he does. This time & others, he never reads the orders back & then seems confused why he's having issues with getting the order wrong, even after paying for it. So many tables dirty & I had a drink with my order & while I'm standing with many other customers waiting for a long time, I had to mention I had a drink with my order, while he's just standing there like he's bored, instead of trying to see if he can help with any orders or at least make the drinks.

The lady who made my food threw the bag at me on the counter and didn’t say anything. I was confused because I wasn’t sure if it was mine. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and some hash browns and the sausage burrito was missing. I told them it was missing and they made it. When I ate the burrito there was one very small piece of sausage at the end of the burrito. More like oops I dropped a piece of sausage in the burrito not a sausage burrito.
