Taco Bell in SW Ocala rocks! They are the best, most accurate, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced fast food restaurant in our area. This Taco Bell sets the standard for every other fast food restaurant in this area to attain. There are so many that are "closed to us" because of their service, but this Taco Bell has never let us down. Keep up the EXCEPTIONAL Service! We appreciate it! Sincerely written . . .

So, on Monday 2/17/2025 ,Me and my wife went to this Taco Bell.The one on 200 near On Top Of The World. It says on line and on the door of the store, that they are open till 2:00 a.m.. Well we went to the drive thru at 1:35. Waited for about five minutes for someone to take our order. Menu outside was lit up. All lights were on in the store like they were open. Nobody said a word over the speaker. So we drove around to the drive thru window and knocked. A girl came and opened the window and just looked at us (nasty look) and didn't say a word. So we said are you open? All the lights are on and it says you close at 2:00 a.m. She said NO!! We are NOT taking any orders,the food is all put away and the store is all cleaned up. So we said O.K. and drive off.Went down the road to McDonald's. Got there five minutes before they closed and they took our order no problem. They were actually taking orders after there posted closing time by a few minutes. I have NEVER had this happen before, ever, at any fast food restaurant. If they are allowed to do this,and the rules are not enforced by management at all,I can only imagine what else they get away with. They couldn't have cleaned the store much in the five minutes or so they spent cleaning it. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. They not only lost my family as a customer, they lost everyone I tell about this horrible experience. Thank you for showing me where NOT to get food from late at night.

This location is the slowest service with the most uncaring employees i have ever been to. I have given them four tries to get it together and still is awful. I have been to locations across the US and will NEVER visit this location again.

The employees at this location rude nothing but a bunch of rude and racist Whites and Hispanics. Food looked gross and mushy. They also didnt give me a full portion of chicken cantina quesadilla. They were acting like I was speaking another language, about to make me have an American Indian breakdown ignoring me. All you have to do is say your order is still cooking. They gave the white customers free taco coupons for waiting gave me nothing. My stomach was upset by going off on them and they forgot one item of my food, I threw it out because I don't want racist negative rude people fixing my food! Will be getting a refund from my bank 26.75 flushed down toilet for nasty taco bell.

Rude employees, ignoring customers and refused to make it right after receiving a wrong order.
Went through the drive-thru at 12:15 a.m. there was not enough meat on four of them to equal one. Then the cinnabons there was only seven and it was supposed to be 12 and when I called back the manager who's name was Lisa started screaming saying we were liars because she packed it. I literally took a picture when we were halfway down the street and my husband wouldn't turn around because we were on our way home but when I called to talk to her she said we were nothing but liars . This store on 200 in Ocala We would not recommend it and we are definitely calling corporate. Didn't even ask for a money back or anything just calling to tell her and she just started screaming. Total BS..No respect 👎👎

I've never ate at a taco bell in Florida but Kentucky tacos have u'll beat by far with the portion size.. this taco bell barely had any meat on them at all! 😢
