The place is definitely nice however, I usually go through drive-through. The people are pretty nice that work there. I really don’t buy March there except a bean burrito and if I want something taken off of the bean burrito they do which I really appreciate.

Upon entering Taco bell, nobody acknowledged we were even there. Nobody came to take our order or even let us know to enter our order at the kiosk. The girl at the drive-through ignored us. Had she worked for me she would have been fired on the spot. The 2 people getting food ready were working hard, however, the inconsistency of the food was terrible. Some of our tacos were almost empty, while some were full. The bowl was good tasting but a total ripoff for what you get. I did not receive the creamy jalapeños sauce which I paid extra for. If this Taco Bell only wants to cater to the drive-through, they should lock the doors for walk-ins.

My family and I placed a mobile order via UE at this location a little after lunchtime today just to get the opposite of what we ordered. As we returned home we noticed the order had things on it that we requested not to have so I called the restaurant back to inform the General Manager who gave an attitude because He didn’t put sour cream on my 5 layer burritos and really didn’t want to remake it. This Guy is very Hateful and evil. For him to be a General Manager you would expect a better response/ outcome. I’m the past I’ve used the drive thru to order and this same General Manager gave me the biggest attitude and very rude to customers. He acts like he doesn’t like African American customers. I have had family as well as friends tell me every time they visited this same location they encountered issues with their order and the General Manager customer service is very bad. He needs to be in a warehouse or somewhere that he doesn’t have to have Close contact with human beings because his attitude and the way he treats customers is disgusting and evil as he looks.
