Taco Madre has been a fan favorite for a long time now. Food costs now are now shown in the smaller portions with a hefty price. Chips and salsa now have be purchased instead of being a better part of the experience. The burrito I ordered was tasty, but not the quality I remember. Rather, it was small. Beans and the rice were edible but not outstanding. Even the hot sauce parlayed with the meal was meh. The dining area is small and narrow, and there is no room for groups.

I do love to go here. The decor is outdated but the food and price is worth the visit. It's a busy small restaurant. They have beer on the menu and authentic Mexican food. The waitresses and busser have always been friendly everything I've went to eat here. It is in a convenient location right downtown close to the court house.

My car broke down on the way to Tampa, while I'm fixing my car, my dad and wife went to eat at this location and then she brought the food with her once i got my car fixed. I ate the food at Tamp hotel, and it was amazing! So i went back to eat at the same place when i came back home and i love it.
