Started with counter no words, no personality not even a greet or smile. Smile goes a long way. 1st. drink margarita brought without kicker. 2nd. Steak had to wait for onions that werent added and steak was rare instead of medium well. 3rd vegetables were hard as a rock and should have been steamed. Ate about 5% of my food and he said he took off the onions and part of steak. Which I ate the edge when I started then seen it was rare. He deducted $9. never again I will always go to lecanto. What a service.

The waitress seemed distant like she didn't want to be there, no straws for our drinks or small plates for the bread , the salad comes out with no croutons (one of the main reasons I like the salad) question if I were the manaager I would have someone come in early and cook them, they said they would not be ready until 3:00, The bread I love but this time it was awlful not the same quality as it has always been in the past. I wonder if Willie Nelson would be happy with this meal as part owner I would guss not.

We were seated without bread we had to wait 15 minutes for our waitress to show up. She seemed out of whack all over the place. She left our table before taking our drink order to go and grab some bread we made our drink order and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the drinks, We had ordered one glass of water, two unsweet tea with lemon and one glass of unsweet raspberry tea. We were brought one very gross, sweet tea, one sweet raspberry tea and one unsweet raspberry tea. We had to ask another Server to go fetch our unsweet teas, We didn’t get the water until the end of the meal. I witness my server, drop a lid to a to go cup on the ground and then hand it to the patron to put on top of her cup when we asked for a togo box, she got one but brought it opened under her arm. The bus boy walked by with the bucket for the dirty dishes, and the towel hanging off the side of the bucket and he was only about an inch from brushing my husbands head with that dirty wet towel. The cups and the silverware need to be replaced they’re disgusting we used to like Texas roadhouse but I don’t think we will be eating there ever again .

Ordered a filet medium rare - it came so overcooked and dry I just didn’t eat it. Gross.
We waited over 30 minutes for our food and people around us who came in after us got their food and was gone before we got ours. Asked for a manager and she said I will check on your order with no apology what so ever.
