The Club at Candler Hills

The service we have is horrible we’ve been waiting and waiting,our server has a table outside and he spent his time with them while here we are waiting to get a least order of what we want to drink.two table after us come and have their drinks already meanwhile we sill keep waiting.the manager come over just to tell us our waiter is coming.finally after the two table(after us) had their order taken by their server our waiter come and get our order.same thing after we’re done we wait to get our bill because again our waiter focus outside on the table he has chatting with them not only that actually he walk them to their car meanwhile here are Waiting for him for our bill check.two table after us done paying their bill us we still waiting.my opinion if the server assist ouside they shouldn’t have table to assist or serve inside,we always go there most of the time our whole family we live in stone creek and we love to eat in chandler because the food is good.hopefully it won’t happen to other customers.dont get me wrong nothing wrong to be friendly your customers you serve but should keep in mind that you have some other table your serving I’ve never been upset or mad but tonight oh boy if I’m the one who do the bill that waiter who serve us don’t deserve a tip lucky my husband have still a good heart.so for te future especial mention for manager if your waiter serving outside they should not serving inside.

Great place for dinner and drinks super friendly people, went for the first time yesterday. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful area and currently house shopping. Had lunch at the Golf club. Had my dog with me and ate out on the patio. They even brought him water without even asking

Excellent food, enjoyed my visit, fast, friendly service.

We had dinner there last night (March 8th) with a group of 9 and although the restaurant was very busy. We all had excellent meals and wonderful service from the wait staff. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making it an enjoyable dining experience. I only listed 4 stars for atmosphere because, although it is a beautiful dining room, the sound levels get very high and adding acoustic panels and other sound abatement will go a long way in improving the dining experience.

We love the restaurant, but not the prices and changes. Today, we were amazed that a hotdog was now $12.00, the price just a few months ago was $5.00. Really a $7.00 price increase is unacceptable. Shrimp was removed from the menu too. Today, the server reported no French fries and sweet potato fries either. Last, many people are on fixed incomes. We left and unless the prices and the food quality improve we will take our business to another restaurant.

Will not be returning, food was very bland, drinks were never refilled and wait staff does not know what a tenderloin is.

Ordered 2 Filet Tenderloins (8 oz hand-cut filet) but received 2 Filet Medallions (tender hand-cut filet medallions cooked to medium in a house-made red wine demi glaze with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

Questioned the waiter when he brought the meals thar these were not Tenderloins when obviously they had the glaze of mushrooms and onions. Asked a different wait staff person if these meals were the tenderloins and she said yes.

Waiter had little interest in serving us
Put menus down never told us about the specials he did not advise us as we overheard the other Waiters advising everyone that the special came with a glass of wine. It was like pulling teeth to get information from him about what was included in the meal. When the meal came it contained frozen broccoli which was barely warm to the touch I had to practically saw through the prime rib. The prime rib did not come ajus or horseradish sauce.
We were not given a choice of butter instead of sour cream on our baked potato we had one small dollop of sour cream whicjjleft the rest of the potato very dry

We have been there numerous times. Overall, the food is good, BUT there seems to be a consistent problem with cold food. I've never had anything that actually came out hot.

Went to a small group birthday gathering. Service was great, Izzy, our waitress, was very good. Food was delicious & plentious; atmosphere was warm & friendly & cozy.

I come here probably at least once a week. The service is very lacking and the food isn't any better. I always go in with a positive attitude that maybe today is the day that they get my meal right and it isn't a shrunken, dried up piece of nothing on a plate. It's funny when the manager, Briana, comes over and asks how your food is and you tell her it wasn't good then she says nothing and walks away. Why even come over and ask if you aren't doing anything about the poor food coming out of your kitchen. Tbh I can't say anything good about the Pub either because when you order something there and they weight 15 minutes after they bring out the rest of your parties food to tell you that they ran out of what you ordered and they don't offer you anything else. The Club is about the same standards as a McDonald's. Can't get orders right and unhappy servers. The only good about The Club is there is always parking available.

Egg salad was not good but our waiter was awesome
