I have spent years looking for the best burger I can find. That's not an idle comment. It matters where the meat comes from as well as what bun is used (there is a delicate balance between holding the sandwich in your hand and it falling apart from the flavorful juice that is in a great burger). Unfortunately tomatoes in FL just aren't that tasty anymore but the chief has managed that with great sauces on a very flavorful burger. The pickles were great as well as the bacon. I could go on.
One of my top 5-10 best burgers of my life. That level of meal for a decent price (not low end but not high end either) is hard to find in Ocala. I highly recommend giving it a try. The wait staff can be a bit salty but it goes with the experience.

I am from Louisiana so I know what a dish with actual andouille sausage looks like.
There was chicken, shrimp peppers etc over rice.
Where’s da andouille sausage man?

Absolutely delicious!! We’ve ordered multiple times now and the food is absolutely amazing! Better than any sit down restaurant but right at home! If you haven’t tried it before, now’s the time!! You cannot make a family meal for the price and does actually feed 4 hungry adults!
