I have spent years looking for the best burger I can find. That's not an idle comment. It matters where the meat comes from as well as what bun is used (there is a delicate balance between holding the sandwich in your hand and it falling apart from the flavorful juice that is in a great burger). Unfortunately tomatoes in FL just aren't that tasty anymore but the chief has managed that with great sauces on a very flavorful burger. The pickles were great as well as the bacon. I could go on.
One of my top 5-10 best burgers of my life. That level of meal for a decent price (not low end but not high end either) is hard to find in Ocala. I highly recommend giving it a try. The wait staff can be a bit salty but it goes with the experience.

I am from Louisiana so I know what a dish with actual andouille sausage looks like.
There was chicken, shrimp peppers etc over rice.
