The Juniper General Store

This was our first visit. Had coffee and danishes. The service was great. It's a great place to gather with friends for a drink with plenty of seating options. They have a refrigerated section that has everything you need to pack a picnic lunch and a gift shop with many unique items. Stop in. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Parking: Great selection of coffee drinks, and beer. Check out the refrigerated case for a selection of cheeses, meats, and assorted items for a picnic in the country. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing with a casual equestrian elegance. They also have unique gifts for purchase.

We stopped in for the first time today. Christian was tending the bar and what a pleasant time we had. The beer was excellent. The shop is adorable. We will become regulars here, just a really sweet place.

Stopped in for a coffee after attending the Ocala Comicon. Great environment to caffinate oneself or grab an alcoholic beverage. Friendly staff. Excellent cup of sober up.

Ok everything about this place is A1. They have the best beer I've ever tasted in my life...no exaggeration!. They also have the hottest model level looking barmaids in Ocala and a great gentleman bartender that I see sometimes. The owner/manager is a very pleasant lady as well. The variety...the atmosphere and the people make it a local gem.

Wow!!!!! What an amazing spot!!!!!! Love that my doggo can go in with me to enjoy an amazing cup of coffee! The tiramisu was the most amazing drink I've ever had from a coffee shop and I just adored that my sweet golden retriever could come with. Everyone working there was also super friendly and accommodating. This place really is a gem!!!!!!

Wow, has this place gone downhill. The staff used to be so passionate and now it is like they just don’t care anymore. I can’t put my finger on what is so different, but it just isn’t worth it anymore.

I Come here often with friends and coworkers! Nice place to have a meeting or set up a computer and do work (lots of plug space available). We love making charcuterie boards and getting crafty with Iced teas! Such a cool vibe! If you like mimosas try the strawberry orange mimosa, it's delicious.

This place used to be an absolute must for me for morning coffees and a cold beer at the end of a long day, but Juniper didn’t just go downhill- it face planted. The welcoming faces are gone, in fact, the new staff doesn’t seem to be trained at….anything. The decor has changed and lacks its original charm. And the everything looks more like a flea market booth than the cute boutique vibe it used to have. Juniper is off the list!
