This was my first time trying the lodge. Didn't know what to expect. Me and my brother were greeted at the door, the owner came and took our drink order, explain their specials. My brother had barbecued wings and I had parmesan wings with blue cheese and ranch for dipping. I would recommend this place for sure. It was all very clean and a bright atmosphere. We talked to the owner for a bit. I apologize I forgot his name. He told us about the building, how they have the bar...
We went for their Sunday brunch arriving at 11:45. Brunch was 10-2. They were out of both pancakes and waffles. They had no coffee. At all. Orange juice was room temp. I ordered over easy eggs and toast with a side of bacon. (Bacon @ $3 toast @ $5) The eggs were so overdone they had to be cut with a knife because a fork couldn’t get through them. If service hadn’t been decent, I’d have left hungry and cranky. Instead, I was merely hungry.
