The Pub Restaurant at OTOW

My wife and I went there for a quick lunch hard to believe but they ran out of french fries on a Saturday ran out of tomatoes and croutons. This is bad kitchen man management and they still charge us full price that's wrong.

They give you a good amount of food in a serving. Unfortunately you can't get past the gritt charcoal tasting residue left on from the grill. The sweet potatoe fries were fried so they were almost as hard as a rock and inedible. Will definitely not be a returning customer.

Living in OTOTW SINCE Sept. We ear at the Pub at least 2 to 3 x's and week.
Except for April and May.
I always get the MAHI which is usually about the size of a deck of cards. Last week my Mahi looked like a SLICE of fish that had been filet, it was paper thin...
Also, only one table was being served, the remaining tables all needed to be wiped clean. This is not the 1st time we had to stand in front of the table waiting for it to be wiped clean ( no dishes on the table, just not cleaned). Very disappointing.

We live in Indigo East part of OTOW. We truly miss eating lunch a couple of times per month there. We found it very enjoyable. However since they went to the new gate system and we don’t have the Gateway pass we can’t eat there anymore. Lunch at the Pub was the only thing we did within the gated area. We didn’t need the Gateway for other activities since we have our own here. Truly a shame as there are more of us here in the same situation.

The Pub is going down hill more and more by the day. You can order the same exact thing every time and it never is the same each time. Yesterday I ordered the crispy chicken salad and you could tell they just pulled out days old chicken tenders, ice cold, cut in pieces and put on top of the salad. When usually it’s fresh and hot! I wish they had consistency here and at Candler but they don’t. So when you order it’a like you never know what you are really getting.

I love being able to eat out doors. There is also an indoor option. The food is prepared by a gourmet chef. Very high quality and taste. Alcohol is also available.

Fast service. Lots of friendly people. Good burgers

Embarrassing! I just moved here and had friends visit, they couldn’t believe how tiny dirty and old this place is! Nothing fresh here. Frozen food and crappy bar. How about a renovation could be a nice place to go outside is wonderful

We love going to the Pub at On Top of the Wotld Rec. Ctr.

My husband and I had lunch at the club this week. I have celiac disease so was happy to see gluten free choices on the menu. I ordered the chili and onion ring which were both listed as gluten free. Not long after returning home I became extremely ill with what I recognized to be gluten poisoning. I spent the rest of my afternoon vomiting. Celiac disease is real and following a gluten free diet when one has celiac disease is not just a fad diet. I would warn anyone who suffers from celiac disease that The Club's menu is not to be trusted. I would not want anyone else to endure what I went through.

My husband and I had a late lunch on the patio today. He ordered the Club Burger and said it was delicious, the best burger he's had there over the years. I had the grilled fish sandwich and sauteed zucchini. It was truly amazing. I enhaled it even though it was more than I usually eat..yummy! Our server was wonderful. She was very personable with personality plus plus. There was a problem with a couple of extra charges on our receipt but after we spoke to the server and the manager, William, he apologized, explained what happened and why and made it right for us. He couldn't have been more gracious. This was our first trip back In over a year, but we are already talking about when we'll go back again. We just enjoyed it so much and hope you will too.

Dinner and drinks at the Pub after pool time. Service was unfriendly and inattentive. Food was okay, presentation just okay. Previous visits was so much better, what happened?

Seems disorganized, the barmaid called me honey, sweetie, whatever came to mind. The menu sounds great, the food was ok, not likely to return.

The Candler Restaurant is great, enjoyed the food and service.
