Tonight we had supper at The Whistling Duck, in Candler Hills. Our food was great and the service was excellent. Ben (our server), Ernie (the manager), and the other staff members made our dining experience extremely pleasant. This was our first time there. We definitely will be going back.
Our 2nd time eating here, the first time we had the smashed burger and fish and chips. The food was very good, the chili verde was excellent and so was Megan our server. Loved that Bianca was so hands on checking on each table and helping the servers.
Today we had the grilled cheese, chicken wings and the steak sandwich which were outstanding, Darcy our server did a great job. PS the cornbread is so yummy, must try.
We had a wonderful dinner with friends at The Duck. Great staff, the food was delicious. Reasonably priced. We'll definitely return. They had a rocky start, however those bumps have been worked out and everything was running smoothly tonight. Give them a try, it's a nice place right outside our gates in OTOW.
