We have been to this restaurant several times and have enjoyed our dining experience there everytime. The food is always very good, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is just lovely! I recently had the bacon wrapped meatloaf which I enjoyed and their cornbread is out of this world. Our last visit we had the pleasure of Marla being our server. She was such a joy and took very good care of our table. We will definitely be going back.

Our first experience here and man was it a great one!! Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service...but the food!!! We started with the duck puppies and the Church Lady Devilled Eggs...what a delight!! The Sorghum Butter is a MUST!!! I had the Southern BLT and my husband had the Smashburger and both were absolutely fantastic!! You won't be disappointed!! Their menu is amazing!! Definitely we will be back!

I really wanted to like the WD living here at OTOW. Been there twice for lunch. The fish & chips was decent but nothing spectacular. Most recently I had the fried chicken sandwich. It was not good. Looked great when served but the breading had a very bitter taste. Would not order it again. No complaints about the service as it was great both times. I asked my server if I came for dinner if they serve a baked potato with their steak or pork chop. They do not. How can you not have a baked potato on the menu for dinner? They need to add more main entree items to both menus including more and better sides before I take the chance of eating there again. I also enjoy freshly baked rolls/bread with dinner like Candler Hills once had. I can find way better food close by at much lower prices, too, like Southern Pig, Cheddars, Texas Roadhouse, Bob Evans, to name a few. Thank you!

Tonight we had supper at The Whistling Duck, in Candler Hills. Our food was great and the service was excellent. Ben (our server), Ernie (the manager), and the other staff members made our dining experience extremely pleasant. This was our first time there. We definitely will be going back.

Food is good but the menu is too limited and it takes a long time to get served. Bring back the Reuben and order more fish which several of us wanted but was not available.

My husband and I live in On Top of the World and are so excited about the new restaurant. Menu is diverse and unique. My husband says they have the BEST hamburger (smash burger) he has ever had!! Service was amazing. We will be BACK!

My boyfriend took me here to have a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and our server was sweet and checked on us. Unfortunately, it took forever to get our main course, but at least the food was good.

This was our first time back since the restaurant was over Hauled and renamed. What a terrible disappointment! We waited for 30 minutes for our food. When it did come, it was cold and had to be sent back, which took another 10 minutes. We were told they were so so busy, but the parking lot wasn’t full and there were no people waiting at the door. They were unable to attend the people outside on the patio. Why seat people when you’re not capable of handling those with no reservations? Although the food was acceptable once it was delivered to the table hot, I would not recommend this restaurant at this time.
Wonderful experience mid-day today (Saturday). I have food allergies and found the server and kitchen did an excellent job making sure the food was safe. They answered questions and accommodated when I had reservations about the fried pork rind stuck in the top of the deviled eggs. We both enjoyed the food and definitely will be back. Thanks so much!
