WingHouse Bar & Grill

Tonight went to Winghouse Ocala and ordered my usual meal. I asked the waitress to split the bill, and I recieved the bill with an additional $4.99 charge for curly fries. The steak dinner came with steak fries. I asked the waitress to fix the bill and was told that they couldn’t. That the manager would give me back the $5.00. I sat there for 20 minutes and the manager came out but did nothing what so ever to fix the bill or refund me the $4.99, didn’t even come talk to me. I eat there at least once a week sometimes 2 days a week. It’s getting to the point that the wait staff at this place in Ocala is marginal in performing duties and the management is no better. More than half the time, no finger wipes. I know you don’t care if I am a regular but I think people need to know what they get by coming there and not have to listen to an overweight loudmouth woman who’s had too much to drink. I don’t go there to look at the young girls or drink, I go because sometimes the food is good and it’s usually empty.

8:30 on a Saturday and they have mats rolled up and bar stools put up on tables like their closing. As a guest walking in I would think this place is closed and walked out. The GM has been in the office since 5p.m hangs came out. Heading servers and bartenders be sent home or complain they won’t make money tonight hey the management team here is none existent. A 2 year old could run this place better. Corporate seriously needs to step in and ave this place or else they will have to close this restaurant due to poor management. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and their about to loose me

Avoid this company, if you're seeking employment. The management seems to have no problems violating labor laws. I was forced to complete my onboarding paperwork, at home, of the clock. Highly illegal

Food was ok. Wings were overpriced. It was an accident to go to this restaurant. It definitely is more male friendly.

I grew up in the winghouse as a kid -- for about 3 yrs, my fam, friends, & football team went there every weekend. I learned how to hustle pool against drunk adults & made $450 in a weekend; i was 14. The servers made the spot for me & flirted like pros with us; one even begged me for a spanking ('04, different times). My dad's friend was dating one of them & she took care of us on another level. Nowadays, I only go there to watch a big fight or random football game with a quick Heineken. I work as a cook in various restaurants & have worked with some of the servers. When I do swing by, it's an easygoing time, I feel like it's a break from reality & a part of my past when times were better.

This is a very clean restaurant. The staff is really nice and extremely efficient. The manager Doug is the BEST ! He comes over to your table and asks you how everything is and if there is anything he can help you with while you are there. Great food very clean and overall an AWESOME place to eat. I would however suggest to have the girls wear shorts and I'm sure that would definitely boost business. This restaurant should be enjoyed by all. But I can understand why there are not families coming in because the way the girls are dressed.Wing night is the best around. Keep up the excellent service.

Michelle served me and she was AMAZING

Good food and service, however the speakers are not very loud. And when asked to make an announcement to lower the vices we are informed that it’s not possible. Many go to this restaurant to enjoy a fight or game and it’s not possible to enjoy it due to loud unwanted and obnoxious conversation.

The beer is always cold, and the attention is warm. I recommend the Blacksmith Cheese Burger, with curly French fries.

I love the wings I usually order 10 wings all drums breaded house on fire .been going here for yrs the waitresses are usually very good and nice. Its good around price ain't bad either. Make sure to tip the ladies they work hard.

Food was hot and delivered in a timely manner, Coors light draft beer was soured in the line so switched to bottle, probably will try again during football season
