If management is going to have only ONE server on the floor then the manager on duty should HELP that server instead of watching her get overwhelmed and drown. I have seen the manager 2x since walking in and not once have I seen her lend this girl a hand. My poor server has gotten so overwhelmed she's in tears. Watched many girls enter the building to start their shift and stand around and not help the girl either. Our server was attentive despite her struggles. The bartender took over 10 minutes to poor one beer ( 3 people at her bar) because she was talking to a guy at the bar and not paying attention. We had to go ask the bartender for the beer because she just wasn't paying attention to the server or her printer.Highly disappointed in how this place is ran.

First time ever coming here and I won't be back at all. The dining room was absolutely disgusting. We were told to seat ourselves and I had the hardest time finding a clean table. The dining room has more dirty tables then clean and it wasn't because they were so busy. Our server was eating when we came in and there was 2 tables tops in here that had already eaten. Then the manager was picking her nose and touching food in the window no gloves no hand washing no nothing. We had to ask our server to wash her hands because she walked up to the table eating food. How professional this staff is. Yall should be ashamed have more pride in your work because this ain't it

Updated review. week day/night great food and service. Weekend shift absolutely terrible. Waiting over 30 minutes for a drink with 2 bar tenders is crazy. Especially with very few at bar. Yet again yo bisy chading men, sitting down, or outside to run the place. What a absolute joke. Ive given then 3-4 more chances since my Last 2 times I've been in I've had to wait for 30-45 minutes for a drink. Have to wait another 30 for a check at the end of the night. Unless your part of the crowd they invite in and the servers boyfriend click then you get treated like a outsider. Place has went down hill over the last 3 years. HIGHLY recommend finding somewhere that the people who work there actually do their job

The service was terrible. They waited till after I ordered my appetizers about 15 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the appetizer I ordered our food came out cold and there wasn’t enough food to fill a grown man for $21. Very sad.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I found a way to leave this review without using my real name…We just moved to the Silver Springs area and had never been to The WingHouse. We really love the food at The WingHouse and the service. The atmosphere is nice and it is always clean. We have been there 4 times aleady without really planning on going because the food is really great!This is also a shout out to JJ… Always great service with a smile!!! You are awesome!!! Absolutely the worst place ever, manager try coming out and said didn't know why food was not there when he was in the kitchen making the food after multiple tables come in after you and get there food before you even do and you sit for hour and have no food, couldn't even get a drink
