We’ve been loyal customers for years, but lately pickup orders have been wrong multiple times including burritos missing protein entirely. It’s really disappointing to see the quality slip after so many good experiences. No longer returning to this location.

Ive been to several TFs. This one was on the lower end of the quality scale. The chips were inedible too salty. Parking was crazy too. Narrow driveway to the main parking area. Overall, okay.

I love the food here and have no complaints about that but do not order to go. First time I tried it and it said order would be ready at 2:01 (ordered at 1:43) I arrived at 2:10 and they said It'll be another 15 minutes (only 4 tables in the restaurant had people and no others waiting for to-go) I'm sorry but since when does it take 45 minutes to make a meal at Tijuana Flats? I feel like they just said screw my order until I showed up, and then they started to make it. Feel like if it was at least handled better with an apology or something like that it, wouldn't have been so bad.
