The quality of this place has gone down quite a bit. They have a great variety of sushi rolls and sashimi, however, previously it was 2 pieces of sashimi to one order. I received one slice of octopus and a scallop that was hardly sliced in half, so the presentation on that particular order was lacking. When we received our appetizers, I had to get up and go to the sushi bar to grab appetizer plates. I felt a little embarrassed suggesting this place considering these factors.

My wife and I went there last night (9/21) because we hadn’t been in a while and found a $50 gift card that we hadn’t used yet. We chose to sit at a hibachi table instead of a regular table. The food was mediocre at best, service was so-so but the waitress was nice and very pleasant. Our bill came and it was $80, fine, but we were told our gift card had “expired”. Ok, whatever, not the waitresses fault but it is what it is I suppose. In my humble opinion a gift card should not “expire” unless the place goes belly up or out of business for some reason. I paid the $80 bill, left a $20 tip, and probably won’t be returning ever again.

Our server Jay was great! Unfortunately he was the best thing about this place. Not clean, windows dirty. Food mediocre. Miso soup, I have no words to describe. Fried rice, tasteless. Filet, not a good cut. Sorry couldn't give a better review but many changes need to be made to make this place worthy of trying again.

I'm not very happy that when getting food to go, we are charged for dipping sauces. Like a $1.00 per sauce. Sorry, if you eat there, there's no charge for sauces. Guess we won't be getting sushi to go anymore.

Either they were just having a good day or the place is awesome.
The waiter was great and had a great style. I was very thirsty and I just as soon as I got to the bottom of my cup another one was at the table.
I ordered the sashimi and sushi lunch with low expectations (not sure why, maybe menu description didnt do it justice) but was pleasantly surprised with the good portion for lunch and soup.
We stop in Ocala on our regular road trips so we will definitely be back.
