The food used to be better here. The veggie patty had little flavor - tasted like canned/frozen veggies. The cabbage used to taste way better, now it's okay (bit bland). Plantains were good, and rice was alright.

I'm from fort Lauderdale and I was in the mood for Jamaican food and they had good reviews already so I gave it a chance and I'm telling you the reviews are true the food and the food and the staff is outstanding I had the rice and peas and Jerk chicken ?and plantains they are the bomb. I will keep coming back,I enjoy the food that's coming out of there.Today I went in and had a vegetarian pasta meal it was really really good. The green and Red peppers and onions, sauce it was just amazing. Need to try it out it is a really good Jamaican restaurant ❤️ they do have tables inside I'm very clean in there too.if you like you can eat inside even a little bit of stuff that you can buy like cream soda from Jamaica and other stuff that you can buy but like I said everything is so good there and I will tell people about itAnd I will tell others about this authentic Jamaican restaurant they even have beef stew with red snapper they cooked to order when you order it. PLEASE try it out you will enjoy it

6/2024 I'm still in love with this place this the best oxtail and beef stew I have ever had. Everyone is sonice and sweet. I Feel like I'm home!I want to buy a trailer and move it right next to this restaurant this place is the bomb I've had that curry chicken and curry shrimp I've had that jerk chicken is really good but hands down their oxtails are my God the bomb I love them sometimes I go and get two plates so I can have one Saturday and eat enough for Sunday so I'm not to cook and it's not expensive at all I love them oh and I asked for extra gravy for my rice and peas the oxtail gravy so good I heard this guy do it not cop it off and I can't stop doing it
