The drinks and food are fresh and tasty however a few employees lack customer service skills when you’re picking up orders. I try to refrain from negative reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve experienced this I’ll be contacting corporate the next time

Just sat for about five minutes at the cash register with two girls, making food and smoothies and wasn’t even greeted. I ended up walking out.

Super chill. Got a smoothie that was made well but that I didnt personally enjoy, they replaced it with another ( monster mango?) No questions asked. Very kind and genuine, will definitely be returning 😁

I was really excited to order my açaí bowl and I went through the drive through and ordered a Nutella bowl with no coconut and extra granola and they didn’t give me either which was very disappointing and it was Veronica who took my order I don’t know if she made them but it was disappointing

The Baja wrap and Buffalo chicken wrap are good. The service was good. A good alternative to unhealthy fast food. The drive thru is super convenient.

Can we please stop asking for tips before we've received service or food? You might as well ask "Do you want to pay extra for your food?" at the window.

The smoothie was gross and poorly made. The cup wasn't even filled up. Where was melted. The employer refused to remake it . Was very rude and unprofessional.

Honestly , it was my first time there and they made it feel like it wasn’t! Great customer service , and when I told her it’s my first time it didn’t bother the employee at all . She helped me and answered all the questions I needed .
