Breakfast was cooked to order. I am very picky about my eggs and hash browns they did the best job. Service was great and always on point. I would recommend them hands down. The price for what I got was less expensive than most places.

Over all an absolutely terrible experience! We came as a party of 7. The older man that greets let us know that we’d be at separate tables which was completely fine. He sat half of us first then sat the other half of our party on the other side of the restaurant even though 2 booths opened up next to each other. My son in law commented that we could all sit together at the booths and the old man greeter got super mad and proceeded to talk about us to one of the servers and sat 2 other parties before sitting the other half of ours, he was being petty. We were fine with separate tables, but not sitting on the other side of the restaurant from each other. I don’t know why they made it such a big deal! We were TOGETHER! Then our food came and we found 3 hairs (see photo) in 3 of the plates. We were done eating before they even got their food. They got my sons order wrong and forgot to put my grandsons order in. Angel our waiter made it a point to tell us twice that he took a lot off our bill for the bad experience, but when we got our bill only a lemonade was taken off. The manager came over and spoke to us about the experience, she said the restaurant isn’t doing well. She thought maybe it was the location, but it’s most definitely the poorly trained staff and terrible customer service. We come to Waffle House once a year for my sons birthday, we’ll definitely not be back to this location.

This is a 24 hour waffle 🧇 house that is similar to an old school Diner setting. They have many different breakfast and lunch options available. The lady who was our waitress for the night was super friendly. I totally recommend this place if you like to eat late at night and your craving a breakfast or lunch style food order.

Drove up tonight about 6:30p and four employees were sitting at the counter talking. There were no customers. They got up when we walked in and a male started sweeping but every table top had greasy fingerprints and the floors had food and utensils on them. We went somewhere else.
