Burger King used to be good. I'm not sure who is making food today but it looks like they put a whole jar of mayonnaise on it. Disgusting.Soggy Whoppers are not appealing at all. I scraped everything off and put it on Wonder Bread. We won't be back.

I have taken my son 3 times for breakfast on a Saturday and well third time was the charm to officially say never again. This location has an employee named Amy who is beyond rude. 1st time we had an issue with the order and they were out of something- I know refunds aren't always a easy thing so I asked for something else. She literally started yelling at me, and wanted to short change me. I asked to speak to a manager and she continued to yell at me. When the manager came out she was really unhappy. She made a few comments to Amy that let me know her bad attitude is a trend. 2nd visit my son went to the counter and yet again Amy refused to give my son our order. Started yelling at him accusing him of stealing our food. When realized that wasn't the case she came out from behind the counter and grabbed my arm. As I'm trying to move away from her she kept getting in my personal space want to apologize. Everytime I moved away she moved closer to me. She was literally inches from my face at one point. Today was the final nail in the coffin, as we waited to place and order Amy spent more time making snarky comments at an elderly man talking down to him, than showing kindness when he was clearly struggling. Instead she berated him and made him feel bad. We walked out. Very much done with this location. I would have no issue being there if she wasn't.. but I'll pass.

They never repeat back your order. When you pull up to the speaker they do not welcome you. They just say "order when you're ready". Then when you are done ordering they respond in a dull tone "Is that all", or they just say your price. You can tell that they don't give a S****

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I think it's necessary. I've never been a big fan of Burger King but a coworker gave me a gift card to here so I decided to use it. My husband also likes BK and I tried his Bacon King Burger one time and it was great! So we go get some BK and when I got home, I didn't even get halfway through my Bacon King burger (the #4 meal) when I started having HORRIBLE pain/cramps. This may be a TMI, but it was coming out of both ends. This experience has ruined Burger King for me permanently, it's sad because the burger was really good, but it's not worth the risk.

How the under privileged are treated by the staff members is absolutely horrible. Even when they are spending money to just stay warm..they are being treated like trash..I've seen this way too many times at this location..

Well, I went thru the drive thru. Quick service. Friendly staff. Had the impossible burger. Yep, it’s real close to a burger. Most people won’t miss the meat.

Has this ever happened to you? The BK I am dealing with is in Silver Springs Florida On friday night I ordered the family whopper deal with cheese. When we got back to the hotel we found that we were missing a whopper with cheese. We called the restraunt, spoke to Cortney and she said that she would put my name in the book and we could come back anytime. Our name would be in the book. Tonight we went to the store and was told we had to come back on Monday by Emaly. My family and I are on a limited budget and going back and forth costs money. Well any way I called, spoke to this Emaily (she told me she was the store manager) and I m without the food that we already paid for. The question I ask is with the fact I have the recite, would this break the Burger King piggy bank to give out a whopper with cheese. Do not buy BK
