AMAZING!! Decided to try this truck out on my way home from work and I was not disappointed!! Super fast and great service amazing portions for price, delicious seasoning and drowning in butter goodness. I will make sure to pull over anytime I see the bright blue truck again! Also make sure to get the delicious creamy sauce they offer made by the chef himself.

Ordered for first time ever today. Food truck clean. Hubby and I both ordered the grouper plates. Generous portion of Grouper, French Fries and 2 hush puppies. We added a side of coleslaw also. Everything was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend. Walt Fish is the real deal. Prices are comparable with dining out, only you actually get great food and don’t leave disappointed. We will definitely be lifelong customers.

The food is decent, but you’re forced to buy a plate with fries no substitutions not even for an up-charge. You want a side of fried shrimp? Nope you have to buy a full additional plate with fries. You want your fried fish with mac n cheese? Nope you have to buy a plate with fries and add a separate side of Mac n cheese.Kind of ruined the experience for me. I can’t eat that much fried food, it makes me sick so sadly I won’t be back. I don’t understand business owners who want to say no and leave money on the table. Be flexible with your customers so they get what they actually want and leave happy..

I stopped by Walt’s today and got the fried whiting plate that comes with fries and hush puppies and lemonade and while picking up my order he was nice enough to throw in a side of Mac and cheese for me to try and boy am I glad he did everything was so fresh and delicious I just had to write this review I don’t wanna make this post too long but YOU HAVE to go check him out you will not be disappointed.
