I just did a pickup for an iced coffee and that was it, however the blonde lady (wish I got her name but she was super friendly and kind) who came out also brought me a pup cup for my furry friend (reason being why I had to do curbside). I just have to say that small gesture meant everything to me especially today on the 1 year anniversary of losing my soul dog, it's been very difficult.
I come and do curbside often with my dog as well and never received one. So I'm incredibly thankful and emotional. Whoever's idea that was especially today around 6:45 am on 12/5 THANK YOU SO MUCH!! YOU DESERVE ALL OF THE THINGS!

New location. Nothing special, club sandwich was on the weak side, mostly bread and the sandwich bread is small size. Not bad, but won't knock your spx off either. Not great value IMO, and I'm not understanding all the hype on the food here.

I watched the food prepper clean up in the back.. handle trash the fell out of the can... Then make a breakfast burrito without changing her gloves!!! I walked out!!

I have observed the management & staff at this location have extremely poor sanitation standards. This location pays zero attention to cleanliness. I recommend avoiding this location if you can. I highly recommend making the new Wawa location off hwy 441 between Belleview and Ocala your go to location! You walk in and get greeted with friendly faces and customer service! The store is brand new and they take alot of pride in the store unlike this location! This location absolutely disgusts me!

Wawa is thriving with grand wealth, health, and a rising abundance of great food! It's been a long time since my last visit, but it felt so good to be back. The staff's warm welcome made my day, and I was touched that they still remembered me.

Went in to pick up door dash orders and spoke with Graham tell her who order is for she walks away and does nothing to help after waiting 7 minutes another guy walks over and helps me with order didn't get his name but he went above and beyond as far as Graham very poor service and help

Went in to buy food and gas ... got charged twice on my debit card for exact amount told me that it was a gas hold and the bank would let it fall off after 3-5 days ... I didn't think they could put a hold on food too ... isn't that illegal ? So now I'm out $60 more dollars until mid week next week ? Called customer service and they said it was my bank ... no it's the cashier putting a gas hold for full amount on my debit card twice ... will never go to Wawa again bad customer service .

I really like the wawa iced coffee. However, I just left this location and ordered a 32 oz caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. The drink is AWFUL. It’s so bitter and there is absolutely no caramel. Not to mention I’m about to work a 10 hour shift and really needed the pick me up. I called the store and the phone just rang and rang until it hung up on me. The women who brought my drink to my car was a gem though.

Upon ARRIVAL, I politely asked the DELI WOMAN with black hair (who I wish to keep name anonymous, for privacy) if there were any SALES on sandwiches. she ROLLED HER EYES at me and impolightly stated TO READ THE SCREEN! I WORKED a 16 hour high-risk JOB and just simply wanted a bite to eat. As I walked around the STORE, I over-heard her COMPLAINING about CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT! I was too tired to ARGUE, so I politely WAITED as I saw my FOOD on the COUNTER PAID IN FULL! she TOSSED the sandwich and walked AWAY. For a DELI associate, I felt that my FOOD was not made with PROPER PRECAUTIONS due to her obvious INPUT on this WAWA LOCATION and LACK RESPECT for individuals who DO PAY for a meal. I will NOT be returning to this location, LOCATED NEXT TO A HOSPITAL! I gave it the benefit of the DOUBT in the beginning due to understanding of what SHE may be going through, BUT as a PAYING CUSTOMER, who simply wanted a MEAL, it was HIGHLY inappropriate and I ate MY meal WITH PRECAUTION. I DOUBT CORPORATE will HANDLE this SITUATION correctly, WHICH is WHY I am USING my BEST JUDGEMENT in this SITUATION. Re-training AND proper REDIRECTING for said INDIVIDUAL should be the NEXT COURSE OF ACTION.
We love their drinks.
Food is consistently made wrong. It really isn't hard to read the instructions and follow them.
