Very poor customer service. They young lady refused to allow me to check my bag or change out of twenty before she was signaling that I need to move because “They are on a timer” no ketchup .

At this location, I placed Mobile Order 2007, 2 bacon double stack biggie bags with extra bacon double stack sandwich and chocolate frosties. Received 3 double stacks, no bacon, tenders my dog would not eat and a frosty my wife wouldn’t eat. I didn’t bother going back in because seemed like an unfriendly atmosphere. So I didn’t get what I paid for, and received stuff in a bag not even a dog would eat. Sad experience and I suggest this location pay attention to the orders placed. As for the tenders, Wendy’s- what did you do to those tenders that you are selling? Whatever that was - it was not chicken

We stopped and got food on our way up to Gainesville and the staff was so nice! This location had the friendliest staff of any Wendy’s I’ve been to. Food was hot and fresh. We weren’t missing any items it was a rare and great experience.

Just ordered a Chilli and cheese baked potato and they sent me a disgusting looking Chilli French fries (no cheese). Everytime I go to this one, and only this one do they mess up my order Everytime. It's like not one person there gives a dang. Re-Staff the whole restaurant and start over.

So disappointed i ordered delivery at 12:20am 3 frosty. They take my $ and when my driver gets there they already cleaned the machines and can't fulfill my order. Did I want something else. Nope pretty sure I wanted the desert I ordered. I wish I could stop doing my job 40 mins early so I could get out early. But yet fast food workers deserve $20 and hour.
Ordered online, got there 5 minutes after pick-up time so I didn't have to wait. Got there, they hadn't even made the food yet so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. We also realized once we got home that they didn't give us our frosty or my soda.

I love Wendy’s but this location is the worst! The staff are so rude, and don’t even look at you when handing you your food through the window. They never give me a receipt so I can’t do the satisfaction survey and since they won’t even look at you, it’s hard to ask for one! I’m greeted at the drive through with “go ahead, what else, pull up” and that’s it! And then you just sit there and hear the staff complain about their lives, total turnoff!!! Even though this is the closest location to me, I probably won’t be going back!
