I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Wendy’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but what really made my day was the incredibly friendly and positive staff. Every person I met here smiled, greeted me warmly, and genuinely cared about my experience. It’s so rare to find a team that brings this much kindness and good energy into their work — I honestly felt lucky to stop by today.

Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. You guys are the reason people want to come back again and again!

Service was terrible, the manager treating the clients with disrespect. Extremely rude they should remove her and kick her out. If no desire to give good service go home and don’t work. Very disappointing she shouldn’t be an example to her other workers fire her !!

One bite of burger, tasted like grill cleaner. One bite of chicken, tasted like rancid oil. Ate two fries and they were old and cold. One sip of Sprite and it tasted like dirt/mildew/mold as if the dispenser hasn't been cleaned. Threw everything away because we're not eating that trash! Honestly, this place needs to just shut down because your employees don't care and clearly neither does the management or owners. Tried breakfast here before and had the same issues, my fault for thinking it would be different at dinner time.

Girl at the window and taking orders needs a lesson in customer service. Forgot our drink and then when we said “I’m sorry, did you get the coffee?” She said “No I didn’t” rolled her eyes, and slammed the window.

Very poor customer service. They young lady refused to allow me to check my bag or change out of twenty before she was signaling that I need to move because “They are on a timer” no ketchup .

At this location, I placed Mobile Order 2007, 2 bacon double stack biggie bags with extra bacon double stack sandwich and chocolate frosties. Received 3 double stacks, no bacon, tenders my dog would not eat and a frosty my wife wouldn’t eat. I didn’t bother going back in because seemed like an unfriendly atmosphere. So I didn’t get what I paid for, and received stuff in a bag not even a dog would eat. Sad experience and I suggest this location pay attention to the orders placed. As for the tenders, Wendy’s- what did you do to those tenders that you are selling? Whatever that was - it was not chicken
