This is sad.....Not only does Noone take my payment after looking at me multiple times for 5 minutes, the manger....... throws my food down in a soaked bag and completely ignores me asking for mustard. I proceed to use bathroom and it's absolutely disgusting and smells horrid. Only one employee helped us in end with bag and sauce, thank you!

Worst Wendy's in America by very very far. I have never been to a Wendy's this nasty. This Wendy's is so nasty that no other restaurant in America even comes close to how nasty this Wendy's is. After they refuse to put ketchup on the meat patty of the hamburger they let you know they care NOTHING about having YOU as a customer. Wawa nicely and politely makes better burgers and Wawa makes burgers exactly how you request Wawa to make the burger. If you politely ask wendys why they cannot put ketchup on the meat patty the manager THREATENS YOU and refuses to answer. Who are you threatening Mr Manager? Clearly you do not know the answer to this question. How unwise of you.

The worst service I have ever had the lady forgot my drink and the sandwich taste like shit I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund I love going to Wendy's but I'm never going back to that one again

I arrived at that place at 1:30 am and they attended to the car that was in front of me, they gave him his order and charged him without problem and when I got to the window they told me that the cashier had a problem and that it would take 15 more minutes to attend to it.
They always seem to be out of something. The other day they were out out french fries. The drive-thru can be so slow. I have spent 5 minutes in line with one car ahead of me, picking up an order.
Breakfast only before 10:30 a.m. Even though Wendy's website explicitly says their normal menu is available all day this location doesn't follow that.

To whom it may concern, I would like to state and certified the truth of my experience at this WENDY'S location. My family and I went to dine in , but we had order our meal by the mobile app. We got inside their was only 1 customer ordering so we sat down to wait until he was done to tell the young lady we were their waiting on our app order. As I stepped up to the counter the young lady was already in a bad mood ( not sure why) and has quite a attitude. I told her we were their for the app order and that we were dinning in so we wanted our meal done fresh especially the fries. She never said anything just gave me a look of ( i don't like people and I don't wanna be here) so she never responded just gave me a look of not wanting to be their and mind you their was absolutely NO one inside the restaurant just us , and maybe 2 cars in the drive threw. Once the meal was done and she called us to go pick it up and be brought the meal to the table. You can see that everything was done sloppy, and everything was cold and even the chicken nugget tasted very hard. It was not a pleasure to eat any of it. But we had already paid more than $30 for the meal for 4 people.So we end up eating it but we will never go there again or even recommend our family and friends to come. They need to find another job that they like to do and not work at a job were their mot happy to deal with food or customer. We had a horrible experience from beginning to end. Hopefully they leave or they shape up!
