Visited on 11/15/2025 at 3:30 PM. My experience with Wendy was very disappointing. The manager had a rude attitude and was not welcoming at all. The overall service felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location and suggest stopping elsewhere instead.

The chicken sandwich was dry(no honey butter), potatoes hard, cinnabun was stale, and brittle, and the sweet tea was gross taste like 2 day old tea. At 730am food should have been fresh. Will never stop at this location again!!

They were slammed and had an extremely long wait. But the food was cold. Not sure why you would have cold food with it going out so quickly. Employees were very polite tho.
