I want to first say, everyone at this Wendy's has always been positive and showed great customer service...until....
The new girl at the drive in....really bums me out. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I experience her. She is a beautiful young black/mixed girl, but her attitude is dismissive, cranky, eye rolling, and just plain rude. I ordered this morning, hoping she was having a better day...but it was worse. Maybe keep her in the kitchen and away from paying customers.

I asked for a large taco salad. It was not like it used to be. It was mostly iceberg lettuce, a little bit of cheese, maybe a tablespoon of chopped tomato and some corn on top. Then they had a single packet of a dressing which was good flavored but not enough for the large salad. They used to give you sour cream but no longer. The saving of the salad was the chili. I won't order it any longer but will always order the chili. There was a little packet of chips that looke dlike a 1/4 cup of Fritoes chips. Not like it used to be.

Sat in drive thru for 20 min. Get to the microphone to order and the guy was very rude. We waited another 5 minutes because it seems they only have the mental capacity to take care of 1 car at a time.

Whatever manager they had on with the pink hair was super rude gave me a bag with a hole in the bottom that she was aware of by the way she handed it to me. No “Hi how are you” No “you’re welcome” after I said thank you multiple times. Was told there is no small side for the frosty fusion while i clearly looked at a board that had small medium and large on it. Whole interaction was rude I understand what it’s like working in the fast food / the service industry there was no reason for that. Food was also cold and soggy.

Hair in my burger more than once. In the last 6 orders there has been hair in my burger. Not going to this location anymore. I called the manager last time and he appoligized but obviously never followed up to correct the issue.
