I wasn't handed a receipt
Nor ever told the total. 2 meals, no straws, no napkins, only 3 nuggets. Cashier never greeted me. To top it all off. I ask for a cup of water. Employee told me. O, ma'am there's no water cups up here. Huh? I would not want that lazy of an employee working for me.

The overnight manager is very unprofessional and rude. Ruins the vibe for everyone else and makes the store look like shit.

Waited 30 minutes for my order and they still got it wrong. After 30 minutes I didnt have any time to check my order before I left, my mistake. Don't eat here if you are on any kind of time sensitive schedule.

Placed an order and only got the biggie meal, cookies and a Daveâs double. No fries, no frostyâs, no jr bacon sandwiches. Door dash driver did their due diligence to let me know the frostys were unavailable so Iâm assuming they didnât tell him half my order was missing. I wouldâve preferred to cancel my order if I wasnât going to receive half of it and order elsewhere. Itâs unacceptable that I am paying premium prices for the food on top of service fees and delivery fees for something I do not want. And your customer service line is absolutely unprofessional and act like robots reading off a script and I even requested a supervisor on the phone and she flat out told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Itâs disgusting knowing how much I stop at your particular location because of where it is and the convenience of it being 24hrs. You need to take a look at that location and fix these problems before you lose money. We already got Popeyes closed across the street once.

They were out of Coke, Sprite and ketchup. Said something about the sprite box maybe being empty and the manager was very rude and told me if I wanted sprite to go get it at the pilot.
