Not sure about all the delivery headaches. We order about 6 times a month to work (hospital) we get wings in about 35 minutes. We actually get way too much sauce on the wings. Flavors are good. Service is decent.

Boneless wings are tiny and they increased their delivery fee to a whooping 4 dollars although I'm 4 miles away and then ask for a separate tip to be added for the driver. To make matters worse, the total I was given was without the delivery fee so I ended up paying nearly 20 dollars for 10 wings and a small side of fries when I was told nearly half of that! Ridiculous!
Need more sauce on the wings, I ordered them wet. And Recevied them with hardly any sauce at all. I had to use my own BQ sauce just have favor on them. I returned the next morning to complain about it and all that person said was sorry. Didn't offer to replace them or offer a refund or credit for next time.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER- Food is pretty Great but customer service needs some work my order wasn't correct my delivery time was pretty quick from the expected wait time and I had to wait longer for the rest of my order from when it first arrived but glad you guys deliver...3 Stars because I can't complain about good food â¤â¤â¤â¤â¤â¤

Went there for the first time.. FIRST impressions are very important! The outside window was filthy! Against my better judgement I walked in.. a HORRIBLE stink hit me as soon as I walked in. It's very tiny in there. And no ventilation... I asked to see a menu and was told they had none. I decided to leave. I'm sure the kitchen must be FRIGHTENING! Won't go there again!

Really deserves ZERO STARS. Wing Zone must only employ 2 people at the most because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, it takes them 2 hours to deliver a 6 piece basket. Then when you call they say the dumbest stuff like today I placed my order at 11:15am, I just called at 11:55am to get an ETA on the food and the man who answered the phone said well its still going to be another 20-30 minutes because we had a massive order come in. If that order came in AFTER I placed mine, I shouldn't have to wait for that order to be done so they can now deliver me cold wings. Wing Zone needs to get it together, give their employees some customer service training, and hire more than one darn delivery driver.

Very small seating but the wings are quite large and certainly worth it. They deliver half way across town which really makes this the go to good wing place for delivery.
