What's my first time visiting a Zaxby's restaurant good service an atmosphere but the food could have been better

Ordered a chicken finger basket with coleslaw, no utensils to eat it once I got into the bag. Come on!

Paid for Xtra sauce for delivery. Did not even get the sauce that's supposed to come with the meal

Worst service ever. Paid for my order then they told me it would be 15 minutes. I said I'm on my lunch break and I don't have that kind of time. That's why I went through the drive-thru. They said they can grab the manager and quickly reverse the charge so I can get going. The manager took 15 minutes exactly to come out and say okay. Well now we can give you a refund so I didn't get my food. They made me late and I could see them through the window laughing at me.

I was there and had to be pulled out the line to wait on my food (not a issue). The problem was when I received my snack zak meal, I only had 2 tenders and not 3.

Saturday hours open to 9pm. We went at 7pm. Door locked?? Employees visible in the kitchen. We went elsewhere.

I guess their drive thru speaker is broken so they handled it by having a single young lady standing by the speaker and taking orders. That is not safe whatsoever, there should be 2 out there, or better yet, have people order at the window.

Yes, I know drive thru timers are tracked. I worked at drive thrus. There were times when my safety was threatened at drive thrus and the only thing that saved me was being able to close and lock that window. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Everything i go through the drive-through something is missing. You shouldn't have to check your bag before you leave but you do. They hire a lot of younger kids so the service isn't the best. They are always focused on there cell phones.

I when to the store at the house it suppose to open when I got there it wasn't there wasn't an sign on the door that say the lobby is close i have to walk up to the drive threw to ask a worker I'm very disappointed

Not the fastest, but the service is good, and they get my order correct even when I make special requests. To be fair, I always go here during lunchtime, which is, of course, busy.

Dietary restrictions: They can substitute grilled chicken for fried. Traditional wings are gluten friendly, but I think everything is fried in shared fryers.

Disgusting! Ordered a Family Meal, arrived home and missing items. The chicken strips was not chicken!! The toast soggy, the fries soggy. No cole slaw. 30 pieces of whatever the stringy meat was all thrown out! Even their cheese cake bites were greasy soggy! Never again.
