Like most restaurants at an exit from a major interstate this place looked a little rough around the edges. It looked and smelled like they were trying, though. Service was fast and the person at the front was super friendly and working hard! My fries were excellent but the chicken sandwich was way overdone.

I went today to this restaurant and ordered 5 orders of egg rolls and I was charged $20.95 for the 5 orders but was only given 5 egg rolls inside a box , when I asked why was I asked for explanation the manager became very hostile and was demanding a respect he did not earn by the nasty way he was behaving! At the end I returned the food and was not given a refund ! I have everything recorded and will be uploading the video to YouTube soon !

Very nasty customer service , it’s a shame that where there is more than 2 African Americans working together their respect for customers or customer service is just the lowest ! I didn’t choose their work !

I’ve only gone to this location usually after 3pm, as soon as you pull up to order it seems as they are irritated about taking your order.

Not very friendly environment- just seems as issues with staff and services and cold food…. Never received decent food from this place.

I had just went to Taco Bell and got a quesadilla and then I went here the next day And got a quesadilla and oh My goodness even better it is so good the chicken bacon ranch the chicken was also good fries were nice

I went in and ordered a Small fry, I waited until it was 20 minutes later. I still didn't have my fries. I didn't have an attitude. I walked up to the cashier. And asked her if she mind if I would get a refund because I had to go to work. She said okay. Talking through the window to the manager, which then starts yelling back? Don't they see we busy it takes time. And?
Other things, she was saying I really don't know. I started to tune her out. But we can hear her all the way in the lobby. Then we started looking at each other like what? Then the cashier comes back out and doesn't know how to tell me what the manager says. So she said it's gonna be a minute. I told her I have to go to work so at that time. Someone else comes from the back and refunds me my money and I told him I would have waited but I have to be to work in a few minutes. So then he says it's ok as I'm walking out the door the first lady in the back tells the cashier here. Give this to that lady right there. But I do not take the fries. I leave and I will never be back.

I ordered wings and things and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Both types of chicken were gross. So I basically paid 14 dollars for toast, fries, and a soda. Very disappointed

Ordered through the app for curbside delivery and had to go inside to get my order instead since they never came out
Then had to wait for my milkshake to be made cause they didn't want it to melt while waiting for us to go inside to get it when the ticket clearly says curbside

Update...it was worse after I ate. Chicken was dry, definitely not worth the price. Threw it out

We went through the drive-thru, and while they were missing some items that we would've preferred, the service was great, the staff was friendly, the food was prepared very quickly, and it was delicious.
