Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Absolutely awful customer service, never want to come here again! The employees are sitting here lying to me about the survey that I’ve used 100’s of times before saying it won’t work and are super super rude about it as well! Zaxbys needs to do something about this

"Zaxby’s in Ocala has some tasty food, but the drive-thru experience keeps letting me down. The chicken fingers are solid—crisp, juicy, and that Zax Sauce is still a highlight. Fries are decent, too, with a nice spice kick. But every time I hit the drive-thru at the SW 27th Ave spot, they mess up my order. I ask for no sauce or extra tenders, and it’s a 50/50 shot whether it’s right. The staff are friendly enough, and it’s pretty quick, but I’m tired of double-checking my bag before pulling off. The place is clean and the food’s good when they nail it, but the consistency’s just not there. Worth a stop if you’ve got time to verify your order!"

Workers are too busy with everything else going on and can’t actually pay attention to the customer. Tried to get some food but wound up getting irritated because they couldn’t understand what I wanted 5 times over and then just blatantly focused on the conversation in the background. Unprofessional customer service.

Threw up from a hangover in the bathroom trash can, enployee patted me on the back for comfort, Alexis was great cashier too!

It was more humid inside the store than it was outside. Made eating the meal uncomfortable but the good food helps.

I used the app to place an order just so it would be faster because I had to go to work in a hour and there was no one in there and lemme tell you it took 45 minutes for a few things is absurd and to stack the soda machine out of ice and soda is crazy what a waste of money not all zaxbys are bad just DO NOT GO to this location.

I waited for 20 minutes before my order came. After the order was ready it was wrong. When I went to the counter to make them aware of the mistakes they had an attitude.

Cashier made a mistake scanning our rewards on the app and the manager refused to do anything to make it right. We lost the rewards because it was scanned but got nothing.

This location took FOREVER to give us our food. I also scanned a reward for 5 free boneless wings if you spend $25. I scanned my reward and it said "item not found". So then it disappeared off my phone and I couldn't use it. And the manager said he couldn't do anything about it either. ?

During our family vacation, we stopped here while traveling. The service was very poor. The girl behind the counter was miserable. This was my first time in a Zaxby, so I was asking her about the different flavors of sauced. She couldn't tell me what any of them tasted like. She didn't even know what their signature sauce tasted like. We did enjoy the food, and everything was tasty. We will definitely give this chain restaurant another try, just a different location.
